My parents got into a car accident (Thank God they are alright!) around 8am. After the incident and when everything was taken cared of, we were given instructions on where we can find our vehicle. The driver of the tow truck was very accommodating, patient and thorough with instructions. When we arrived at Greg's towing facility, for some reason I noticed Greg's towing co had many tow trucks. I said to my Dad and brother, "this MUST be a GREAT towing company! Not many towing places (I've been to a number b/c apparently I'm notorious for parking in prohibited spaces and lots‍)have more than 2 trucks" After the transaction and release of my parents' car, the car was towed to our home. My dad noticed the one that dropped off the car was the same guy that towed it from the morning. They had small talk and then as the conversation went on - they found out they knew each other! The owner of the towing company is FAMOUS! (MUCH respect to him!!!) I asked for his autograph, but remembered he is on the clock. This is a 2 part review: I had a flat with no Jack, called Greg's and agreed on $85 for a tow "to a place that I can get a new tire". Driver was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. However, once he took me to Firestone, I was informed they couldn't fit me in... I spoke to the driver who offered to take me ACROSS THE STREET since my car was already on the flat bed. However, the manager called and said they would charge me an additional $60 to go across the street. I told the driver to unhook the car and let me figure it out, rather than get nickel and dimed. The sad part is, this would have been a 5 star rating if they had followed through with the job I had paid them to help with (get me to a place I can get a new tire). Too bad. There are a lot of tow truck companies in that area. Suggest you try another one. read more

Everything went smoothly, they arrived in 30 minutes like they said, and were able to expertly lift and extract my vehicle, despite less than perfect conditions. My daughter and I got a flat tire on a highway, two and half hours from home, in the dark, while raining. We needed to not only get a tow, but get to a shop before they closed. Mike came and not only spoke to the people at Firestone for me, but made sure we got there in time and didn't leave until we were all fixed and back on the road. He was kind, patient, understanding, and overall just a wonderful human. The owner Greg himself drove the tow truck when my van needed rescue a few months ago. My van was stuck in the middle of hwy 295. It was close to sundown and very soon it got dark. Greg was in touch with me via cell phone and kept updating me about his arrival. He was courteous, professional and competent. read more
