I also discovered the cabinets are no better quality than a lot other cabinets sold in big box stores and not worth the money he charges for the brand he sells Koch Seneca is the Cabinet Manufacturer. Shop around people don't fall for his price gouging he is over priced for what you get. I bought cabinets from Hobo's when they were open. The cabinets were better quality. I paid under $3000.00 for 17 cabinets. I drove from Texas to buy my cabinets from Hobo's. Koch Seneca cabinets are cheap press wood not ply wood. The drawers are even cheap. These cabinets were regular stock sizes not special order sizes. Mr Lewis uses this company so that he can over charge people because he orders them. You can order cabinets from Menards, Home Depot and Lowes. Mr Lewis showed up today 2/06/23 with the cabinet over the refrigerator it was smaller than the 36x24x14 I paid for he thought he could pull a fast one over on me. I took one look at it and realised it was a 36x24x12. His excuse was that since I was buying another refrigerator anyway I should just except. It was from a different manufacturer I noticed the difference right away. Do not do business with this man he is a con artist.

Dillion was the second installer that we talked to and we were immediately impressed with him. He was very personable and very knowledgeable of his craft. He provided an estimate with a detailed explanation of the scope of work within 2 days after our first meeting. We chose Heartwood Custom Floors over the larger established and well known competitor that we first talked to. The flooring that we needed (ash and cherry) was a special order and was delivered within the timeline that Dillion had given us and the installation began on the day he scheduled. We were told by Dillion that his brother Eric would be doing the install and just like with Dillion we were immediately impressed with Eric. Our flooring needed to installed on a diagonal to coordinate with the rest of the 40 year old flooring in our house and it needed to be done within a cherry wood border. Diagonal install is more tedious and time consuming. Eric got right to work on the project and after many hours of hard work the new wood was perfectly installed. Eric was conscientious about the color of new wood looking as good as could be with the surrounding older floor and showed us 6 different stain possibilities, one of which was custom blended and was just right. Eric also refurbished a cherry border that was in our dining room without having to redo the rest of the floor in there. Our project was completely done within the timeline provided to us. We couldn't be happier with the final results. We would not hesitate to use Heartwood Custom Flooring again and highly recommend them.
