A little background, we (my wife Marie and I) are senior citizens with health issues and Meah also has numerous health issues. on several occasions the owner Lawrence came by and picked up Meah in his own vehicle for her bi-monthly bath treatments when I was hospitalized. Lawrence definitely goes above and beyond in providing respectful, supportive service to his customers. Amanda is our girls groomer and has a very special relationship with both our girls, especially Meah. She is able to get Meah in and out of our car when no one else can get her to move. You can see that Amanda is truly a dog person. Snoopy staff sorted her out first time and I've never seen her come out of a grooming session happier or calmer. The team loves our dogs and loves what they do. Then they moved & it was even more convenient. I'd drop my dog off by 8am & i told them I'd be back no later than 6pm & they said that was fine due to it was on a day i was working . However upon arriving 2 different times i had to wait approximately 45 min to an hour . I was understanding about it although i didn't care for it. I felt after my dog had been there since 8am she should have been done . I considered myself a loyal customer. One day my neighbor had taken her dog there & i was told by neighbor without informing her they charged her $80.00. Upon my dogs next appt i mentioned it briefly to them & since then they said they are all booked up till March & this was in January & that they have their regular customers ( i was a regular customer ). Plus they told me my dog doesn't stand well . As long as I've had my fur baby & mind you she is approx 13 years I've never been told anything to the negative side , however i personally feel you need to take dogs age into consideration. I've called several times even trying to get my dog an appointment in March & they don't answer their phone for me. This is a business & i feel you should answer your ph no matter what. I never had an issue with Express pet Spa , but i certainly don't appreciate the way they've just brushed me aside. Had i been mean or ugly i could see them not wanting to respond but this is not the case. I've never written a review before but this experience has bothered me .

I searched on-line for local mobile groomers and liked Go! Mobile's website. I emailed the owner, JJ, to request an appointment and kept my fingers crossed that it would go well. Go! came by today and I am absolutely thrilled with their service. LC, the groomer, is incredibly knowledgeable and it's evident she loves animals. She was so good with them that I didn't even have to give Harley a tranquilizer for the first time ever! The grooming itself has been inconsistent, with less attention to detail than I experienced in the past. It's disappointing, as this used to be a go-to spot. It was a lot of blood, so much so that she drove in to see what had happened. *My dog has never had a nosebleed before. The young lady working the front desk really needs some training on customer service. She gave my wife incorrect information during drop off. When we picked our dog up and were asking for an explanation to why she told us what she did and why there was soo much blood during her bath. The girl just kept staring blankly at her computer. One of the other employees at the front desk read what the manager who had left for the day had written. . So much for the healthy pet guarantee. We have an appointment with our vet to have her checked out. The only positive takeaway would be the intake employees. They have always been kind and I feel they really care about the animals.
