After purchasing new furniture, we decided to have both our living room and one bedroom cleaned before the new furniture arrived. Our carpets are light cream and we do not walk on our carpets with shoes on. Unfortunately we had an area that appeared darkened where our old dog had a habit of licking the carpet and wanted to see if we could save the carpet without replacing it. After reading Yelp reviews and reading Greg's website on their cleaning method, I called. I spoke with the Owner's Wife who was very pleasant and told me they had an open slot that week. After the carpet was cleaned the carpets did look good, except they were not able to get out the darkened area of concern. Overall Greg's was reasonably priced and professional. read more

As other posts have mentioned, they were very booked-up, but were able to fit me in on a day that worked for my property's schedule. They did an AMAZING job! What an amazing crew! Super friendly, great workers! I was afraid I was going to have to tear out and replace one year old carpet after it got cat pee all over it. To be honest, I did pre-treat with a gallon of Natures Miracle for Cats, but that by itself was no where near as effective as I had hoped. One last chance to save the carpet, and Greg saved the day, and the carpet! :) I did not have to replace the carpet after all! I have a crazy sensitive sense of smell, and all the bad cat pee smell was GONE! They also cleaned two runner rugs that were too dirty so I had just thrown them out onto the back patio. Wow! If you've made the investment in carpeting it's essential to have a quality cleaning company care for it regularly. Their service has gone above and beyond for me twice now. Last time I had ALL of me furniture cleaned as well! This year Josh was my TECH and applied specific chemicals to properly care for my trouble spots. Very respectful of my belongings and he takes pride in his effort. Resulting in carpeting that is beautifully clean. I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company. It had been over a year since any cleaning was done. I had been disappointed in the work done by the previous company, one that I had used for years. David was the very pleasant technician, and he did a remarkable job with a highly soiled, 19 year old carpet. It looks brand new! And as a bonus, it dried within 5 hours. There was a slight problem with a very small area that remained soiled, but he came back and solved the problem in 15 minutes. Getting your carpets cleaned is not typically exciting, and it is definitely not sexy...so most probably don't feel the need to rave about their experience...but I MUST! I have a small cabin in Big Bear. I have fairly new carpet (2 years old). But I had an elderly large dog who started having issues this past year, so I had stains from urine, throw up, dog poop and diarrhea all over both upstairs bedrooms and in the hallways that I had scrubbed and treated and scrubbed again, and although I got them fairly clean I just could not get the stains completely out. Sadly, my girl passed away recently, but after I had gathered myself I decided to hire Greg's to clean my carpets and hoped some of the stains would be addressed. I had used them in the past and always trusted them and knew they did a good job, but I must say that this time I was blown away!!!! My carpet looked BRAND NEW again!!!!! All of the stains were absolutely gone! And even though I have a small house there were a LOT of stains!!!! And we are talking about some nasty dog poop, and throw-up stinky, smelly, dark stains. GONE. I got down on my knees and rubbed my hands through the carpet and it was so soft like brand new carpet. It smelled fresh and clean and ZERO stains! I have never been so excited about a cleaning before in my life. Lol! I have to say that I believed the stains in my carpet were permanent and that just cleaning them would not really make much difference. I also in the past the cleaning companies have left my floors left sopping wet. Not Greg's. My carpets look brand new. All Stains were gone, my house smells fresh and carpets were barely damp. This review is a bit late. Last fall I bought a home in Big Bear that I planned to use as a vacation rental. The carpet was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had never been done before. The sofas also smelled musty. Who knows who sat on them and what they did on them. I called Greg and he came out right away to look at my home and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was very courteous and professional. When he was finished with my home the carpets almost looked like they were new. All of the upholstery ended up clean and smelling fresh. My home rented out extensively this winter. Unfortunately, rental guests are not careful at the homes they are staying at. I am sure much snow, mud and dirt was tracked in. Wow! This was the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had! Our carpet was BAD. The previous owners of the house had eight dogs. Even though the carpet was cleaned before we moved in we planned to get rid of it ASAP! 2 1/2 years later our own dogs had made their contributions and we still weren't in a position to buy new carpet. So we decided to hire Greg to do what he could. The results were so good we think we may get a couple more years out of this carpet! We can't believe how well the stains came up. These guys have the best machines and really do the best job. I owned a Carpet installation company and know enough to give a true assessment. they don't just spray down a cleaner and vacuum it up. they use a $3k machine that agitates the rug and really work in the cleaner , then their guy get on his needs and uses an edger. He uses a laser to measures the areas to be cleaned and is very mindful of your furniture and put plastic under the legs of all that might bleed onto the carpet. A+++ read more
