My wife suffers from "dental anxiety" and dreads any work, to the point she's neglected necessary procedures. The doctor recognized her fear and prescribed anti anxiety medication for her next visit to help alleviate her fears. She even offered nitrous oxide if needed. An indication of doctor Hayes willingness to go a step beyond was when my wife mentioned she was having an issue with "dry eyes" during her visit and she was provided artificial tears. I was very pleased as she was my first pick of dentists to check out. She was running a lean staff due to the crisis but had me in and fixed up in a jiffy. The office itself has a very comfortable feel to it. Modern equipment but with friendly decor, not the doctor office vibe. Dr. Hayes herself is very friendly and knowledgeable.
