He is very much the same kind of dentist as Voss and Beck are-- thorough, considerate, explains everything, professional but friendly-- and also clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I took a fall and ruined my crown; Dr. Steve is walking me through a process for making sure we select the right option for me in replacing it, and the front office staff are great about helping me with insurance/payment questions. I've had nothing but excellent care and client service with this clinic. Highly recommended.

Majority of the low reviews seem like billing or scheduling issues, which seem more front office related. I did personally did not have any issues with the front office or feel rushed, but these concerns made by others do seem valid.
