If you don't need anything beyond cleanings, I would say go to this dentist, it's a positive experience.
However, I think there is a problem with communication. I went in several months ago with a chipped tooth and was told that I would be able to schedule a filling. I said yes, that would be great, please just let me know when I can come in. TWO MONTHS later at my regular cleaning, I asked about when I could schedule that filling. I was told that I'd never made the decision to have one. So I said, whatever, you know, errors happen and let's move forward.
I am supposed to have an appointment on Monday for my first cavity I've ever had. I have been a unit administrator for five years in the Army. I know for a fact that if ADDP Soldiers spend less than $750 at a dentist or $1500 cumulative then they just need to go online to request a control number. The receptionist tried to tell me, confidently, that I needed to call my unit commander about this. My unit commander is m-day and she has nothing to do with dental care. Then she laughed at me when I said I'm a unit administrator and I've never had to do that before. You've lost my business, and frankly, I'm pretty offended that you think I'm hilarious. I'm also angry that you're telling fellow servicemembers incorrect information about their dental care, which is pretty important to their military career, to be honest. I'm already stressed enough about having my first cavity ever at 28 and you did not help. Now I have to find a new dentist and my cavity will be worsening. read more
