They even delivered to my house, a pneumatic cryo shoulder brace, because they thought it would help with my pain and recovery. To my house, they personally brought it to my house and showed me how to use it! Can't see me for at least ten days and that's in the middle of a period where I will be out of town. What's the point of giving me a Card and saying to call them and they will get me in right away. I know the office deals with a high patent volume, but that doesn't give them the right to have less patent care. They need to be trained on customer service and patent care. They take things to personal when you correct them on mistakes they have caused. Refusing to return calls and helping you handle any issues that you are experiencing. I hope Dr. Patterson doesn't know how staff treats his patients and if he does he needs to address the problems.

Since then, I have been bringing my Mom to him with assorted arthritis, shoulder and knee problems. Her problems are complex, but he has been wonderful at diagnosing and treating her many issues. No extra charge for his great sense of humor and enjoyable banter! Mom and I think the world of Dr. Levine, both as an extremely capable physician/surgeon, and as an exceptionally decent and nice human being. Well the ankle dr was only "maybe" going to see patients there. He is normally at StJoe. It was all ridiculous.
