We were greeted professionally and courteously for our first visit in about 20 years. So pleasant and prompt. Dr explained the process to our son for his aphasia prevents his comprehension from being clear and he took his time to clarify slowly how the procedure would go. This was a filler for a Craniotomy 7 years ago. We were out in under an hour with instructions, well wishes and when to schedule for the next visit. By the way, while the plastic surgery is excellent, the Halloween decor is worth the trip as they have the spirit! No pun intended of course! read more

This place is a TOTAL SCAM! I had an appointment via zoom. I liked Dr. Roche via zoom but after that things went south. To make an appointment I had to come into the office and go over treatment plan. I wasn't brought into an office or private room I was left in the lobby and asked for my 1/2 down deposit. I expressed , I want to go over treatment plan before I commit to anything. I was rushed through paperwork and they had me down for a lower bleph which I had expressed no concern for that treatment area. Office manager had to go back in office and remove lower bleph but somehow came back with a higher price??? At this point I started to feel uncomfortable but I kept thinking I liked my zoom meeting with Dr. Roche. I thought I'll make appointment and then if I decide I don't want to do cosmetic procedure I will cancel. After deposit I asked office manager when do I meet with Dr. Roche, she said not till surgery. I really felt uncomfortable after that. I went home and started worrying about my appointment. As fate had it my husband fell and had to have double shoulder replacement surgery. That made me have to reschedule my surgery. When I called office manager and told her I had to reschedule surgery, she told me maybe it's the best because you can't reschedule till you pay it all in full. What? There was NO WAY I was going to reschedule and pay it in full. Of course, in small print (which I was never made aware of) there was a non refundable deposit. They were not willing to refund me ANY of the $8300.00 they are a SCAM company. It's disgusting how they can do this to potential patients. I took them to small claims and they pulled it out and put it in civil court which mean I have to hire an attorney. (Which will cost more) they are a horrible company! I actually had laser removal done at this office years ago. I started to have a lifted scarring from the laser and it got pretty aggressive. Once the treatments were done, i decided to leave and try someone else. However, all the other clinics I've been to have rejected me because of the scarring. I tried to go back and have this office fix the problem and they wouldn't help they just wanted me to pay more money for more scarring. Do your research. read more

Just DON'T go here. I went here in 2023 for a breast implant Exchange due to a ruptured implant due to age of implant. He did the exchange and from day 1 I had problems, horrible bruising and very uneven breasts. When I would call them I was told to just take pictures and send them and he would look at them (yeah, right) and tell me what to do. They had me take Allegra, that is correct never heard of taking Allegra for that but ok he knows best and they prescribed steroids and more steroids. No I never saw him following the surgery. Fast forward to today, November 2025. After 2 years of being disfigured I found a plastic surgeon in Florida who is very reputable and knowledgeable. He did another exchange and reconstruction to fix everything. The implants out in by Dr. Roche we're not the correct size for my chest size and never should have used the same size implant on both sides. I didn't have the same size for my first augmention and didn't for this one either. I think he was watching a YouTube video as he was doing my surgery. He is a joke! Don't go there!!!! read more

Do your homework. Dr Roche's staff was wonderful. They were always available to answer questions and offer reassurance. Tracey was an angel. To say I am disappointed with my results is an understatement. I had Lipo and Morpheus 8 on my double chin and "bat wings". I was told I should see a 50% difference and that is not the case 1 year post surgery. I did everything I was told to do and checked in periodically with the office to for updates and reassurance. I asked to come in to see Dr Roche at my 1 year mark and was told to text pictures then when I shared my dissatisfaction, I was told I could come in for a second treatment. I refused as I already spent a small fortune (to me) and no guarantee of better results. I am more self conscious now of the way my chin looks and still won't wear tank tops since my arms look the same even with weekly exercise. All I can say is do you homework, ask questions and pick a plastic surgeon who can help guide you with realistic expectations and who cares about you and your satisfaction. read more

I had surgeries/procedures under general anesthesia on 7/20/21 performed by Dr Roche and his assistant Tracey including: Fat transfer, Morpheus8, facetite/skintite and a full blepharoplasty. All of my pre-surgery consults were with Tracey and I never even met the doctor until the morning of my surgery. Dr Roche did not do the pre-surgical markings but Tracey did which I thought was odd. A substitute anesthesiologist was brought in at the last minute leaving me feeling vulnerable and uneasy. The surgical suite did not appear to be updated or adequate (unsterile looking) which didn't help with my comfort level, however, I took some pre-medication that numbed my fears to a degree and I continued with the surgery. I was warned about bruising but mine was much worse than I would have ever anticipated. It was weeks before I was comfortable going out in public. when I contacted the office about my many concerns during the past three years, I was assured the issues would resolve over time. In addition to the severe bruising which did finally subside, I had a small cut under one eye that can still be seen and I was never given an explanation for, one eye still has a bag under it, and I have a scar (diagonal red/purple line) on one side of my upper face remains. In my honest opinion I felt I should be reimbursed at the very minimum for the cost of the blepharoplasty and when I communicated this to the doctor recently, it was rejected. Fair warning to all, interview the doctor who will be performing any surgical procedure thoroughly. Ask questions about scaring, unsuccessful treatments etc. Know what you are getting yourself into beforehand. Once they get your money, they are in charge. read more

Whatever you do, do not see Dr. Roche for breast surgery. I had a consultation with Dr. Roche for a breast lift and he completely shamed my body & left me in tears. I've never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. Additionally, I stressed to him that I was not interested in implants and just interested in a lift. He told me that I have enough volume to do only a lift, but continued to bring up implants after I continually told him I do not want them. When he sent me the quote, implants were included. He asked me 0 questions about why I wanted this done nor did he even mention my name. He was not informative at all and the entire consultation took no more than 3 minutes. Overall, I felt a great amount of unprofessionalism from Dr. Roche and felt as if he was shaming me into getting this surgery done. Now, I'm one week post op of a breast lift from a different plastic surgeon. My experiences were night and day. My doctor was so informative & I couldn't be happier with the results. read more

I had multiple facial procedures done and NONE of them worked..I was left with permanent facial scars and I have had 1 corrective eye surgery so far with another one to be scheduled..obviously with a different doctor. I am about 8 months post surgery and he still hasn't seen me in person since then..I left multiple messages which they ignore...and he still refuses to see me. Also..I obtained a copy of my records..they say I was awake and alert upon discharge..NOT..they wheeled me to my car..basically not conscious from the anesthesia..my daughter questioned if I was ok..they said oh sure she is.. 45 minutes later I'm still not fully conscious and my daughter is sitting with me in our driveway thinking she needs to call 911. So if u don't mind spending tens of thousands of dollars to end up permanently scarred and a doc who totally ignores you and your concerns..by all means..this is the place to go. I will also be filing complaints with every state medical agency there is along with contacting my attorney. So I had two surgeries the first removing my bump on my nose and that went well, then I had a revision rhinoplasty it did not go well at all... I asked Dr roche to give me the dip and to fix the tip for me , after a month my nose looked the same ! No change and no dip , I asked forbmy money back and Tracey said no Refund , all they offered me was to do my nose again and I would have to pay 1800 for anthesia fee... I said no, they lied to Me about giving me some money back, Tracey kept giving me the run arounds and was telling me it looks good meanwhile it's not her face it's mine .... I would never recommend him because they totally ignored me and and I'm not happy with the results. Tracey hung the phone on me while I tried to speak with her again, if this office really cared they would of atleast gave me some money back ... I didn't know Tracey became a plastic surgeon overnight... Do not give these people your money. I paid $30 for the "phone consultation" which was Dr Roche being condescending, short, rude and extremely uninformative for a whole 2 minutes. Probably should've read these reviews before even agreeing to this type of consultation but that 2 minute conversation was enough for me to know that I would not be going to this man for any type of procedure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!! He 100% messed up my breast augmentation surgery. After several calls/visits, he made up a plan to fix them (blaming the issue on built up scar tissue), which would of consisted of MANY more office visits over $100 a pop and ultimately another surgery by him - costing thousands more. After getting a second opinion and a mammogram to confirm, it was determined that he placed 1 implant UNDER the muscle and 1 OVER the muscle. His surgical notes state that BOTH were placed under the muscle as they should of been. After discovering this, I attempted to reach out in order to get reimbursed. As you can imagine, his office ignored the letter. My new doctor, as well as attorney reached out for records; and those requests were ignored. The attorney sent multiple letters for settlement/reimbursement, and his office ignored all of them. The attorney advised that it would cost too much in court costs, and therefore it wasn't worth taking it any further as my statute of limitations approached. Unfortunately, doctors like him know how to avoid making things right with their patients and this type of unethical practice doesn't catch up to them. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Roche for as long as I can think back. He has done a number of things on me, and never has done anything but a perfect job. Years ago I had my eyes done. Thirty years have passed and they still look great. I was in a few weeks ago to have the lines filled going down the side of my mouth. I started drooling and was told by Dr. Roche that having those lines filled would stop the drooling, and it did, thank goodness! One more thing I want to mention, is that Dr Roche is one of the kindest men I have ever met. Another thing, I know he attends all the latest conferences, as a couple times I called for an appointment, he way away at one. I adore Dr Roche and I love his staff. read more

Based off the reviews I am reading, my poor review of this practice will follow suit with theirs.... At first this office was seemingly great - in the end I quite frankly would like to sue them for malpractice. Im not quite sure it is legal to have a patient who JUST left your office after having breast augmentation and is still coming out of anesthesia, had to be rushed back in due to a hematoma and put back under anesthesia, sign a document stating that she would have to pay more money. Especially after it was not my fault for the hematoma OR for the misinformation on the size of my implant. And that is the light version of my experience. Fast forward a couple of years... I receive a letter in the mail from a debt collector for an unpaid balance of almost $1,900 in which I NEVER received a bill for. So here I am now stuck paying a bill that I was told while under the influence that "I would probably never have to pay because the manufacturers would most likely void the cost of the implant." If I would have known better or have been in the right state of mind I would have to them to F off and take me to the hospital. DO NOT EVER GO HERE! They are completely unprofessional and should be out of business. read more

I never had anything cosmetic done before coming to Dr Roche & now I won't go anywhere else honestly. The staff are all personable and caring. For both my consultation & actual procedure, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I forgot her name because I was so nervous but the woman with dark hair and glasses with a bubbly personality enhanced the whole experience for me, she literally even held my hand throughout the whole thing because I was scared!!! I had an awful experience with Dr. Roche. I would not recommend him to anybody. The following is my experience: I went in for a consultation March 2016 and was amazed at how wonderful the staff was. They were all so kind and very helpful. I went in for lipo of my tummy and back. They gave me a price of around $9,000. I mentioned I was thinking it would be more around $6,000. She left and came back saying the dr really wanted to help me and added in my inner and outer thighs and the new price was $6,400. I was ecstatic. Although, I didn't think my legs needed to be touched. I figured he was the doctor and probably knew best. So I went along with it. Scheduled my surgery for 3 weeks out. I had to pay in full that day per their policy. I had my surgery. 3 months after things were not healing as I had hoped. I had some very deep and long divots in my legs and tummy. I called their office and they brought me in. Told me that I would not see full results for up to a year. I did come back after 6 months and things had gotten worse. Dr. Roche and his staff agreed that I had some disfigurement. I was told I could have the surgery redone. I would only have to pay for anesthesia ($1,800). I thought that was a fair deal. Prior to my 6 month visit I had written a review of my story to that point. It was not negative or positive. It was just the truth. Before my surgery would be corrected Dr. Roche's staff asked me to remove my review. It took me some time to figure out how to remove it, but I finally figured it out and did in fact remove it. Also, at this point they had my $1,800. At this time I had also requested a copy of my records. I was charged $75.00 for that and never received my records still to this day. I was then told I had to come in to schedule my appointment. That seemed unusual. I came in though. I was ambushed (for lack of a better word) by Dr. Roche and his staff in a very small room. I was told that I had lied on the very first piece of paper I had filled out there regarding what medications I was taking. I did not lie and I had the proof to disprove why they thought I had lied. But, at this point they did not want to deal with me at all anymore. They had my $1,800 and my $75.00 and had no intention of returning it or doing my surgery. I was then told the only way I could get my money back was if I signed a piece of paper saying (essentially) that I would never write another review about Dr. Roche, I would never come back to their office and some other absurd requests. I consulted with a lawyer as to if I had to sign this to get my money back. I was told no. Although, I had no other recourses to get my money back. To this day I have not received my $75.00 for my records I did not receive or the $1,800 for the surgery they never did. I have however gone to a more reputable doctor and had all the damage done by Dr. Roche corrected. read more

He and his staff are patient and kind and have taken the time to help me understand the complexities of the healing process for injuries I sustained from an assault and how I they could help. The office isn't stuffy which made me feel comfortable and the staff has been flexible when I've had to reschedule appointments to accommodate my schedule. After having a few rounds of BBL at this office, I called to inquire about a different treatment I wanted to try. They set up a consultation for me with the doctor. After discussing my concerns he indicates that while the treatment I was inquiring about was good, it wouldn't make a significant difference for the concerns I had. The alternative treatment he suggested was 10 times more then the treatment I was considering. Also there are additional fees if you use credit instead of cash. When I declined to sign for the treatment the assistant said I owed $75 for the consult! This charge was not disclosed to me when I made the a appointment! While I paid the fee, I will take my BBL business as well as any future treatments I want elsewhere. To reply to the comment the dr added that he should be compensated for his time, if this is the policy then it should be disclosed at the time the appointment is made so I can decide if it's worth it. I probably still would have come in, it's the deceit that is bothering me and making your office look dishonest. read more

Do not go to this Quack for surgery. I had a horrible encounter with my surgery and he was never available when I went in for follow up. They have girls in the office giving medical advice who are NOT licensed to do so. Everything I read about his hack jobs remind me of my bad experience. He overcharged me, did a terrible job, never admitted to his botch actions, would not see me in the office for months after my surgery and shrugged his shoulders when I asked him if he was proud of his job when I opened my shirt after walking in without an appt. and demanding to speak to him face to face. He's a coward and does a whole lot of covering up including responding to all the negative reports which are his staff who do the responding. Please beware and do your homework before having Dr. Roche cut you. There are many good reputable cosmetic surgeons in the area. It's time for the old goat to retire.
