I previously had given this dentist practice a poor review. It's fitting. I had to BEG for a broken…read moremolar with an exposed root to be extracted. They finally extracted it, left a sharp chunk of the tooth behind and it bleeds all the time. It's painful, rubs against the gums and I'm done calling them, getting voice mail, begging for mediocre service. I had begged for over a week to get a tooth pulled, I still have two bad molars and one tooth is cracked down the middle. I'm supposed to just deal. After my first poor review, they made the dental hygienist call me. She was really nice but I feel bad for her unless she's a part of this whole mess contributing. Idk. When I went in a year ago I was rushed in and out, given paperwork showing I needed root canal's, extractions, and crowns. My second visit was more muddy, once again very rushed and they said my teeth were fine and all the horrific pain I was in was due to the one broken tooth in the far back that had a root exposed and it was causing pain all over. Not true, it was definitely causing a majority of the pain but there's two molars left with issues. One is cracked down the middle, the other has a cavity on the side. Only and ONLY when I posted a negative review did anyone return any of my calls and it was a dental hygienist, Crystal (could be spelling it wrong, sorry) she eventually better explained my specific dental issues and apologized for my appointment experience. She seems to genuinely care about her patients and apologized profusely and said their office has been short staffed. Tbh, they should treat their employees better. Dr Delisle did a dental extraction for me, he was very quick and I was barely in the chair for it. He didn't speak to me at all. I was glad to have the tooth pulled but the quickness of it left be a little perplexed. I've had 4 wisdom teeth pulled (without any sedation, at another office in Arkansas) and one other molar on my left side extracted (without sedation either, in Missouri.) my wisdom were impacted (sideways) with major issues. These teeth were pulled without leaving behind any fragments, the dentists took their time, didn't rush and made sure I was comfortable and both dentists called me after extractions to make sure I was okay and not having any complications. Settlers Walk hasn't called me. When I called them to fix the remaining chunk of tooth, once again got voice mail. Someone called me back the next day, it rang once and there was no voice mail from them. Everytime I call it's voice mail. I can't get ahold of anyone and tbh I'm sick of it and sick of their excuses. It's disgusting to have to beg for medical care or for them to fix their mistakes. Won't be going back. Since yall read these reviews feel free to cancel my October appointment. I'm reporting this to the dental board, which judging by their reviews won't do a lot but maybe it will be on Delisles permanent record attached to his license.

I had a confirmed dental appointment at Springboro Dental Center with Dr. AlSayed that had been…read morescheduled for two months. I completed all required pre appointment health questionnaires and insurance information well in advance. I took PTO from work and drove 30 minutes to the office--only to arrive and find the dental office completely closed, doors locked, and no signage or communication explaining the closure. The chiropractic office next door informed me that Springboro Dental Center recently changed their hours and decided to close on Mondays. They also shared that multiple other patients have shown up for scheduled Monday appointments only to discover the same thing, with no notice, no cancellation call, and no attempt by the dental office to update patients about the change. This is not a simple "miscommunication" or "oversight." When a business changes its operating hours, it is their responsibility to notify patients--especially those with long scheduled appointments. Failing to do so repeatedly, across multiple patients, reflects a systemic disregard for people's time, employment obligations, and travel. To be clear: Any future apology that frames this as an isolated scheduling error would be inaccurate. Based on what neighboring staff shared, this has happened to many patients, which means the practice was aware of the issue and still failed to correct it. Patients deserve basic professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Very unprofessional & unorganized office staff. I was a patient with Dr. Hartell for well over 27 years. His office was always very well managed and he was an awesome dentist. I was so sad to see him retire. I would not recommend this dental office now.

I was having severe tooth pain and sensitivity when I called their office. They were able to get me…read morein for an exam the next day which was a relief. After x-rays and an oral exam (poking and looking at the suspected tooth), Dr. K. McCormick informed me I would need a root canal and possibly a second one on 2 of my back molars. She said she would refer me to an endodontist since the root system was very tricky with molars. I then asked her if there was anything she could do about the pain I was having. She shook her head "no" at me and told me to continue my antibiotics. I explained I have a 3 week and a 2 yr old at home that rely on me and that I could barely function because of the pain. She refused to address my pain. She did not offer a dental block and denied me pain meds. All the while, not knowing how long it would take for me to get into the endodontist with the referral. She was pleasant but ineffective when it came to immediate patient care and comfort. I went to the front desk and paid $141.00 for the x-rays and referral and went on my way. The soonest I was able to be seen by the referred endo was 5 days. I was expected to remain in severe pain for 5 days and just "suck it up". Since she had messed with the took to do an oral exam, the pain just increased throughout the day. It got to the point where I was unable to eat, sleep, or take care of my children. I ended up going to the ER to try to get my pain to a manageable level. The ER doctor then advised me it was the RESPONSIBILITY of my dentist to manage the pain. That he was unable to help me. This morning, I called Dr. McCormick's office to explain that I was unable to perform activities of daily living, that I was constantly tearful since my office visit, and that I had to go to the ER to try to manage the pain, but even they couldn't help. The receptionist told me she would talk to McCormick about the events and see what could be done on their side. They called me back just to tell me that she would put in a prescription for antibiotics. Yes, antibiotics for PAIN MANAGEMENT. This office is a joke when it comes to patient care and common sense. As an ER RN, I understand that pain is subjective and is the main reason people come to the ER. As a PROFESSIONAL in healthcare, it is my responsibility to advocate for my patients. This office and this dentist have no compassion for their patients. The receptionist attempted to lie to me by saying they "were unable to prescribe pain meds" and that "they have really cracked down on that". I called her out on her bullshit and explained that doctors have the authority to write prescriptions based on patient needs. Apparently, Dr. McCormick had a better understanding of the pain I was experiencing than myself. This office and the so-called doctor are a complete joke. I was able to call Stonecreek Dental and explain what I had gone through in the last 24 hours. Not only did they give me a same-day appointment, but told me they would manage my pain. Take your money and business to a competent dentist who cares about their patients. Springboro family dental is out for your money with no regard for their patients' well-being or comfort.
