He's also great with helping to decide what would be the best route to follow when making appropriate long term plans. He really cares about his clients! Anytime I call the office, I'm always treated with care and respect. Jeremiah is the first person I speak with and he is also fantastic! He is very friendly, professional and always makes you feel that your call is important. Because of how great Jake has been with the Long Term policy, I decided to have him handle all 3 of my policies. I'm so glad I made the change! Once I changed over the auto policy, Jake help me set up the Drive Safe & Safe app. This year, I got a great discount with my auto renewal policy!! I HIGHLY recommend Jake Molitor to anyone!  You will be very happy and feel very secure with your State Farm policies!

Reaching out to my agent (Hardy Washington) on a Sunday from the scene and having him answer was so calming. His first concern was, "are you okay, are you hurt?". I was finishing up the call with claims and the rental company was calling. Absolutely awesome. Airana was patient, professional, knowledgeable and most of all very pleasant.
