Our premiums increased each year, even though we did not file claims. After switching our auto insurance to another company with much cheaper rates, Crawford Butz simply dropped our homeowner insurance. I contacted them several times in an attempt to see if they would drop our premiums to match quotes that I received from other companies. They refused to match these rates and sent a very nasty letter, with a number of grammatical errors to inform me that they were dropping my homeowner policy. I would not recommend them to anyone that I know.

I started out with State Farm as a customer in 2013, and even after I left for what I thought were better options in 2022, Dan kept in touch with me yearly to see if I was happy and if he could assist me. If he is unable to beat my current rate, he tells me so--what integrity! He called me this year, and voila! When I decided to switch back, it felt like coming home. The moment I called, Mindy, the receptionist, was genuinely happy to hear my voice--it's clear that they treat their clients like family. Dan's honesty and transparency are refreshing; he's always upfront about everything and actively seeks the best rates and coverage for me every year. He even signed my children up for Steer Clear classes, which helped me get a lower rate on my insurance--if you have children on your policy, you know how expensive rates can be! I've even recommended Dan to my son and his family, and they are just as thrilled with his service as I am. If you're looking for an insurance agent who genuinely cares about his clients and prioritizes their best interests, call him up at 636-227-2010--you won't regret it!

When I bought my first house with my husband back in 2011, we switched to a multi-policy for Home and (3 vehicle) Auto Insurance. When we became out-of-state landlords in 2013, she helped us through the tiny changes required when switching to a dwelling-only policy. And for the one car accident we were involved with years ago, she also counseled us through this hellish process too! Through it all... seamless transactions, thorough documentation, and the utmost willingness to educate me along the way. And may I even be unprofessional here and say prompt AF!? I thought I was fast!! But here's the thing, Dana's service didn't stop with my Missouri policies. While she couldn't insure my Renter's Insurance policies in the other states I've lived, she absolutely still held my hand when I ran into issues with other insurance agencies in CO, NY, and CA. Sometimes all it takes to solve a problem is a bit of guided expertise! And for 8+ years while living on the road, that's what she did! So you better believe when we made the abrupt decision to move home to Lake Saint Louis, Dana was our first call to discuss our new Home Insurance policy. And even after we closed, we had to make a quick change to expand coverage into an Auto policy within our first week, and what a breeze!! I just can't say enough!

We started using them in 2009 for our auto and homeowners insurance after a giant national company (rhymes with "Hate Farm") hiked our rates over 20% without a peep or us filing a claim, saying the costs to insure STL historic homes had increased as much in a single year (2008, when the values of home were decreasing). A neighbor of ours recommended Naeger, who immediately found us several cheaper policies with the same amount of coverage. When we wanted to continue coverage on our unoccupied home and our insurance company didn't cover unoccupied property, I'm sure they could have made more money by writing us a new policy. Instead, Joe called the company and convinced them to bend the rules to help us. An insurance company, bending the rules to help someone, you say? It was magic - bizarre and amazing magic! These folks are easy to deal with over the phone or email and respond to you after business hours without a second thought. In summary, they are a convenient, local, friendly, business with low prices and a high level of customer service. I highly recommend them.
