I will miss Doctor Maddex. He was a great doctor. He finally got my blood pressure under control and he always had a joke for me.

We have no complaints with her other than she does get busy and the schedule fills up quickly. There were times we had to see the other pediatrician, Dr. Alejo, instead due to scheduling. We found Dr. Alejo to be soooo personable and always went out of his way to ensure we were informed and cared for. Because of this, we switched over to Dr. Alejo as the PCP and are so happy with the service he provides. OBGYN - Dr. Du and Verina (NP) were the two I most often saw during my pregnancy. Both extremely friendly, personable and will take the time to answers questions, otherwise, office visits are standard and quick. Great experiences overall with both! Office has gone through extensive renovations and is very modern, clean and spacious. There is even a little seating area for the kids with a tv to keep them occupied / entertained while waiting. Located in the same plaza as The Habit / Sprouts / Ross. Shared parking lot with ample amount of spaces, never an issue.

This morning, I made a 2:15 p.m. appointment for my 17-year-old daughter to see a doctor. Due to heavy traffic on the Pomona freeway, we arrived forty minutes late for the appointment. The check-in employee at the front counter (a Hispanic male) advised me that my being late should not be a problem; however, it was up to the doctor. This employee walked to the rear of the clinic and personally spoke to the doctor or other staff members regarding my tardiness. With seven minutes, this gentleman walked back to his workstation, where I also remained waiting for a response, and he advised that my daughter was good to go. The doctor was going to see my daughter. It was my fault for arriving late, and the fact that this gentleman left his workstation and spoke on my behalf is TRULY appreciated. As always, my daughter received the best medical care available. I am a fan of this facility and each of the awesome staff members assigned to this location.

A friend recommended this clinic, and I'm glad I listened. From check-in to checkout, the entire process was smooth. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away. I expected the referral process to take days, but they handled it quickly and kept me updated. When I needed medication, the prescription was sent out without delay. It's rare to find a clinic where everyone genuinely seems to care about helping patients. Their efficiency, professionalism, and friendly attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I would definitely return and recommend them to family and friends.

They keep saying: "oh, we're busy right now, we'll calling u back." It never happens. All lies. Zero calls back. Worst one, the NP was yelled and didn't even want to listen to the complain, and hung up. Waow! What a service! Super epic. They called, inform about "something" that wasn't a clear instruction, and wanted us to check with a neuro specialist. How to communicate with the next doctor, if the instruction I received wasn't clear? If u inform something to someone, and someone communicate it to someone else, and it became unclear what do you want, cannot give response back, get the hell out pls. Do it yourself. Don't care what u want anymore. When I asked, "nicely"... their response was: oh, we're VERY busy right now, we WILL call you back. PRETT!! "Liar!" And the NP was saying: "don't u understand that we're VERY BUSY!!" "You need to listen to me!" (When she's the one NOT listening!) (After I called 3x and waited for them to call back like almost 8 hours???) Don't u think I AM NOT BUSY MA'AM? I was "too busy" waiting for your response, just to ask, what do u want from the neuro? From the kidney doctor? What the hell u want? Explain it nicely, not so complicated ma'am "busy-in-the-world." I'm sure the doctor is a nice person, but NOT the ma'am NP! She's a fucking bullshit!!! Not a profesional at all. They tend to hanging up their phone OR just blocked u into a busy line, so when u called them, NOONE (like literally noone) will pickup the phone OR listen to your voicemails. Their phone is broken, just like their heart is broken. Probably, just come to their busy office, and see how "busy" they are blocking people's phones call to make a very QUIET room. Wow!! Applause to their profesionalism. That's how they got their profesional degree. Just blocking people's phone, and do prescription till their patient's kidney is broken.

As I walk in the front girl screening the appt just started repeating over and over how I was late and the tone was just annoyed right off the bat. Even another lady trying to come in was given attitude so quick too, but watched her as she picked and chose who to be nice to when walking in and out. ON TOP OF HAVING A WHOLE CONVERSATION ON HER CELLPHONE IN THE LOBBY out loud in front of us. Luckily they took me. Accepted my insurance and payment, the girls behind the window were a little nicer at least. The back office staff , especially the girl that took me back was much more pleasant. The conversation was there and the overall vibe was better from her. Finally seen Dr Baez. Super pleasant. Still took me in for my rather short 5 min visit and I was very satisfied. Point being, you can tell when you enjoy your job and when you don't. People can too.

First of all, I never saw Dr Hajal. I saw Dr Khaleel and was very happy with my visit to her last year. I call anthem and they dispute that saying I can go to any providers and there's no reason to issue me a new medical card. Since then I have called La Vista multiple times and received no answer. I have left two messages, and gotten no call back. I emailed on the app, No response so I booked an appointment on the app only for it to be canceled today without a reason why. Maybe if someone from their office staff answered the phone, I'd have an answer. Fuck this place and thank you for making me go through the whole process of looking for a doctor again.

This is the kind of medical…read morefacility that will tell you, you're having anxiety and its something serious and loved ones end up passing due to this type of dereliction. I'm a 36 yo adult. I am fully aware of anxiety/ panic attacks and this wasn't it. I had severe chest pains, high blood pressure, severe headache, sweating and started vomiting so finally decided it was time to go once I started vomiting. Mind you I was about 6-7 weeks post op a total hysterectomy. I went with no bra because the chest pain was so intense and my abdomen was still so sore from surgery. The man who did my ekg asked if I'm comfortable just walking around with no bra ... I was pretty shocked it being the ER but told him yes I can care less because my situation. I barley could walk due to the dizziness and vision problems I was having aside from everything else. But no biggie I brushed it off. Then the man who did my IV tells me, can you walk?! As I was in a wheelchair. I was like no dude I'm so dizzy and sore from my surgery. Made me feel like such an inconvenience and very embarrassed. Long story short they chummed it up to be chest pain and anxiety. I never even mentioned it had anxiety so that was weird. I expressed how bad my heart and chest was feeling and the ER doctor basically said I needed to follow up with an endocrinologist and there was nothing they could do aside from the meds they gave me. I was in complete disbelief. Went home feeling horrible but followed up with my primary and now I am seeing an endocrinologist who is sending me to Loma Linda hospital. You really have to advocate for yourself. It's so sad how they make you feel and brush off your symptoms. Especially when you're at your absolute worst. Even on my forms you can tell they tread lightly labeling it chest pain but still slightly mentioned my pheochromocytoma. Also, would have been nice for them to mention I had kidney stones but the emergency room doesn't feel that is a serious issue so I am aware they wont mention the findings, but its listed as some of the most painful heath issues. The wait was fine. Expected from an ER. If I end up here again I truly pray they do better and hope people get the care and compassion they need. I left two stars because my visit was in March. Today I visited the main hospital to retrieve my scans on a disk to give to the endocrinologist for the tumor and the gentleman who was volunteering in a wheelchair was amazing helping me navigate the hospital. The woman in medical records was also so very sweet and kind.
