We had to move out of our home because our septic tank was full. Greer thankfully came the next day and emptied it. It was determined that it needed further work which Greer promised the first of the next week. On the following Tuesday, after my call, he mumbled something about people that called and contractors that were demanding. He said he would be out first of the following week. I asked why he didn't at least call. He promised he would be there at which point I said, "Please call me on Friday so I can make plans. He agreed. Here we are two weeks later with no work and no call. I can only assume he doesn't want my business. A phone call or text takes a couple of minutes. Run and call someone that needs the business! read more

Roman did a fantastic job walking me through his investigation. He located the issue quickly. It was a clogged drain line that was shutting off the furnace. A quick clearing using compressed air had the line clear and working like a charm. Honesty and transparency are the words that come to mind. I'm very happy with the service.

If you're looking for a quick cheap fix keep looking you won't find that with Advanced Plumbing. What you will get is a job done correctly following all applicable standards and codes utilizing the best available materials. I see a few really bad reviews here and that's a shame because Bruce is very skilled. He is from a generation that takes pride in a job done right. I think Advanced Plumbing has other crews and I can't speak for them.
