Wish we called Mike first!! We had a back up, and called All Service. Their technician came pulled…read moreout toilet and had lots of trouble cleaning the clog. They were very sell's oriented trying to promote their monthly VIP service, and telling us we most likely need a new sewer pipe. Two days later we call Roto-Rooter they ask where our clean out is? We tell them we don't know, so they say they will need to install one before they can clear the drain $4,200!! And there's also a chance we need a need sewer line $10,000!!!! Mike sent out a friend he works with and the man waled right to the back of the house., pulled off some boot, and shove a grinding machine in the pipe... Boom cleared in 20 minutes!!!! Didn't even charge me!!' Said he will get the money next week when he puts a clean out in for only $1,500!!!!! SHOP LOCALLY!!!! I will never use anyone else ever again for my plumbing issues!!! You don't find lots of honest and dependable people anymore, but Mike and his crew are definitely some of them!!!

I called him up and arranged for him to do the repair when I was in town. He showed up on time and did the job quickly. He needed to get the parts from a local supply house and it didn't take very long. In addition to fixing the leak he stream lined my connections which had been crazy pieces patched together. He was done in two hours and didn't ruin my day. Price was reasonable. I would recommend him.

This is my second bad experience with Roto-Rooter. The second time I called Roto-Rooter to see if…read morethey would replace a Spicket on my back patio deck. A technician came out and after looking at it briefly said it would be $440 to be repaired. I asked what I was paying for the tech said it'll be $440. I said I'm not sure you understand what I'm saying I'd like to know what am I paying for as far as labor and the part for the replacement faucet. he said I'm not sure it's just $440. I said that sounds kind of expensive. Could you break it down for me? He said no I really can't break it down. I'm not sure I'd have to ask someone else. so I had to argue with him for about 15 minutes. finally I said, look I don't want to do business with you if you can't tell me what I'm paying for. so the tech finally went out to his truck called someone. Hen came back and said it's about 100 some dollars for the faucet and the rest is for the labor for the repair. so I found out that I would be paying a two hour minimum even if it took him a hour to repair. I'd be paying a two hour minimum labor at $150 an hour plus the price of the faucet. This is the exact experience I had with Roto-Rooter before. they hide their pricing. They want to charge you a high minimum labor rate per hour and not be honest with you upfront about what you're paying for. Don't use Roto-Rooter. They're not a reputable company.
