John the owner called me back immediately after I left a message and was literally at my house within 10 minutes and made very quick work of the mess. Today I was lucky enough to get his number again and called him to haul away a pile of brush that I had trimmed from several trees in the yard. The night they come back they made some snark comment "I wasn't sure you'd need me this time." I just said "yes I do. Come on in. I have a washer that needs to be taken" they quoted me 90$ and I also intended on tipping them so let's just say $140 for them to take this washer away. I told them I was alright and wasn't sure that price was gonna work for my budget. The guy very annoyed asked what I wanted to pay. I told him I would just have some family come haul it off. Then he tells me "I can do 70$. that's the best I can do." I highly recommend going to J&T services. They are local in Springfield and super friendly.
