The pickup was scheduled for 3:00 so the guest of honor would get here by the start of the event at 4:00. To my dismay, the driver showed up at my address around 3:15 for the pickup instead of the address I had provided. When I called to ask what happened, I was told the pickup and drop off addresses had been switched in their system and they had no idea how. So, the guest of honor arrived late to his own party!
