Woke up this morning with opera tickets for tomorrow afternoon, and the receiver wire to my left hearing aid broke. I found Greentree Hearing Aid Center listed as open (it is Saturday). Spencer was able to schedule me in. While he did not carry Jabra hearing aid gear, he determined that my Jabras use the same receiver as one of the brands he does carry. While it was not the level 3 receiver I use, he substituted in a level 2, and he ordered a level 3 which should arrive within a week. So, we are good for the opera tomorrow, and I get the permanent (level 3) fix next week. For someone as hearing challenged as I am, it was a big save! Spencer is very knowledgeable, very resourceful and a pleasure to deal with. If you depend on your hearing aids as I do, you will want to have him in your corner. This place is amazing. The quality of care and the insightful guidance of the audiologist is above standard. Clean and sanitary office. Not one complaint. This is my second reveiw. Greentree is the best audiology visit I've had in life and my prior appointments were at the prominent Mayo Clinic, so that's saying something. Not only was the visit professionally conducted and the staff amiable, I was out of state when I had a hearing aid issue due to my own mislay (got it wet), and Greentree sent me a replacement, free of charge to use while awaiting getting my own fixed. Due to the time difference I've made the mistake of calling early, before business hours or even late and on a weekend and have received the same amiable and professional services.
