I was told that the tech would get to it and they would call me. 14 days later they called with an estimate for repairs that was 40 dollars more than the amp cost when brand new. I am unable to figure out how they stay in business charging people more than they paid for it new, just for repair. I am also very curious how 2 resistors and 5 small transistors cost 160 dollars. I already found the parts through a large electronics vendor for about 7 bucks a piece. I will not ever do business with them, nor suggest them to any friends, family, or passersby.

After looking at the phone and checking with their inventory, they told me they don't have the screens in stock and would have to order it and it would take 4 or 5 days. I wasted 5 1/2 hours of my day to go to this piece of crap store and walked away with no help. I think there were more employees in the store than customers, yet they can't answer the phone or give you a straight answer.
