NO EMAILS. NOTHING. I contacted them on the 18th via online rep, they said it'll be re sent (see screen shot). 1 week later I call this time 1800michaels... Order was placed on hold... because they're waiting on the return of the box they got 9 days ago. They said sorry over and over. Guaranteed they'd expedite my shipment. Said itd be a day or two before shipping.... Hung up. 10min later I get an email notifying me of a refund. So I call AGAIN... They said it was automatically refunded because no more stock available. ITS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEB PAGE. Am half tempted to order one with the $20 "sorry we screwed up" card.

He still found a way of completing the siding project without him. The remodel we were doing was on a 1940's home. He ran into many issues with its previous construction.
