I don't want to talk to anyone or want help with more visits from your company. Refund the money and walk away. Don't call this company they become a waste of time. Our home has about 20% insulation. Our attic is hotter than outside temperatures now. That heat radiates into the house, no insulation between ceiling and attic. The mess inside the attic is unreal, we can't even have the closed cell taken out because it's like cement. I'm devastated at the mess they left us with. Our house was never a good candidate for closed cell because the sprayers can't reach the eaves. I don't understand why this company did this to us and why they wouldn't fix it. They have a bad reputation with other companies as well. When we get quotes for someone to fix this, they come out of the attic laughing at us.
