What I appreciate so much about the folks here is that they function like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended). They are always incredibly friendly and personable while also being knowledgeable and professional and efficient in what they are doing. I really appreciate transparency in business; especially in a business as important as automobile maintenance. In the two years I've been loyally bringing my vehicles here, there haven been maybe two instances I've had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Honestly, I'm ok waiting on this crew because they always do such a fantastic job (and I'm ok with having a few minutes of quiet time, haha!). In those instances, however, they were honest and upfront in explaining that they were backed up and even offered me alternative options when I asked if there were other VOIC locations nearby. They certainly were not turning me away by any means, they were simply trying to acknowledge that my time is valuable which is a quality I appreciate. Even working with a skeleton crew that day and being behind, they were incredibly professional and friendly -- which is not something you'd expect to find when people are obviously overwhelmed -- which says a lot about not only their training, but the quality of each individual's character and integrity. I love the VIOC app, which always has great coupons on it which makes this experience with them both QUALITY and AFFORDABLE. That is HUGE in my book. I asked them to look at my steering wheel and also find out why my tire pressure notification continues to come on when I had my air check and all was ok? They let me know that not only did I have a screw in my tire, I also needed bearings. They were very quick and efficient with the plan to correct this issue and took me home with their transportation service. The next day my car was complete. Called the store, rerouted to the national call center, and nobody has any solution other than to come back and they can install it...after a 20 minute return trip at 5mph. No apologies, store manager ignored me, and after 15 minutes of messing with it (because it was probably bent to sh*t at this point) they just told me it was done and sent me on my way. I asked for a refund but they said could only offer a discount for my next visit, which is pretty worthless since I doubt I'll ever visit a Valvoline again.

We took it to a reputable mechanic who said that the store had over torqued the cap with oil change, and the whole pan had to be replaced. He further told us about the shops botched attempt at trying to fix the issue by putting a sealant glue around the cap, without notifying us of the issue they caused. When we escalated the claim to Valvoline, to repair the damage, we were denied by the manager of this location. He stated they had videotape evidence that their oil change attendant did nothing wrong. In my opinion, they are not training their staff and this is a horrible business with a manager, who has no ethics. I encourage anyone reading this to use any other oil change service.
