We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not.
