Prompt service, didn't try to upsell me, and they tell it like it is. Sadly, this time the sidewall of the tire was cracked, and had to be replaced. For my car, they only had 3 brands in stock: Waterfall for $120. Sumitomo for $160 or Continental for $210. Each price included balance and mounting. Opted for Continental as it was backed by a 1 yr warranty against flats.

We came and the place was faily not busy and we got all done pretty fast. The annoying thing is that their credit card machine was not working very well. So we had to go get money at the ATM. Was a tiny inconvenience. However overall the time was in a really good condition and we were really happy. They even gave a 5 dollar discount on the tire and we were really happy.
