As I was doing a search on YELP this morning I started thinking about great customer service experiences I have had and out of curiosity I typed in Greenmark Environmental and was pleased to see that they popped up! When I first purchased my home in Greatwood many moons ago it came with an awesome sprinkler system which I loved! However over time it started having problems and eventually I stopped using it altogether. Wanting to address these issues I would call various sprinkler companies around town but never had that sense of security in hoping that I would not be overcharged or taken advantage of so I just let this system sit unrepaired for awhile because I didn't know anyone I could trust. Then one day a good friend of mine and I were talking. She is a realtor and she recommended Harrie with Greenmark Environmental. She had high praise for him and his integrity and based upon her referral I decided to give Harrie a call. When I finally met Harrie I found him very personable and the nicest guy you would ever want to know! I just had a wonderful feeling after speaking to him and he gave me a sense of confidence about being able to repair my system and provided an estimate that was more than fair. When the day of repair came Clayton, Harrie's son came out and spent a great deal of time assessing the issue, educating me about what needed to be done and did all the work on his own. He spent a great deal of time at my home and to this day I have not seen anyone work as hard as this young man. He was very thorough in replacing all the solenoids that controlled all my 4 zones...troubleshot all my sprinkler head issues and replaced all the defective ones and calibrated everything perfectly! And on top of that he replaced my controller with a state of the art Hunter which I love! And all this with an amazing attitude and wonderful manners! In all my years of dealing with house related issues I have never had this level of customer service experience! Even after this wonderful experience I called Greenmark again to fix a sprinkler system on one of my investment properties and Harrie himself came out with a young man he was training and Harrie and this young man spent a long time addressing all my issues and it was refreshing seeing Harrie mentor this employee. I can say wholeheartedly that if you are looking for a sprinkler company for your business or residence you won't find a more honest and trustworthy firm than Greenmark Environmental! In my experiences with them I have always been satisfied and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations! I'm glad to see they are on YELP and I hope when others are looking for a great sprinkler repair company you consider Greenmark Environmental. Excellent team, very professional job. I wanted a good sprinkler system installed at my new house. The company associated with the builder had been getting mixed reviews so I decided to look at other avenues. Greenmark came highly recommended and walked me through exactly what they were going to do. The team was in and out in a day and a half and I could hardly tell they had installed a system. The system was WiFi enabled, so I'm able to run everything from my phone. They also have a 1 year warranty and will send someone out to make fixes or adjustments. Greenmark just finished redoing our front beds and they have done a fantastic job. First met with Chris, and together we put together a plan. I had a conception of what plants to use and a general plan. Chris has experience to finalize the plan. Today, an excellent team came, prepared the beds, planted the plants, and moved plants I wanted to keep. All the team were friendly, helpful, and were eager to everything the way I wanted it. To top it off, they cleaned up the entire front yard and beds, then hosed down the driveway, the porch, the front sidewalk. The worker who came fixed our sprinkler head that was broken because of the newly poured-in concrete. He also has an amazing attitude and offered to do an all-around check, which I declined because I was short on time. I wonder if the company instills these wonderful values in their employees.
