We ended up doing all the trees, one big one, 4 smaller ones. They were told not to drive their rig and chipper in the backyard, somehow they decided that it would be OK and left big ruts in the backyard. After mowing and bouncing around over the ruts, I called them again and they said he would be out personally to take care of it on 27th of August, never heard another word. For sure I will think of them every time I have to deal with running over those ruts as I mow. Very unfortunate.
