I stated okay that is fine and she stated that she would get back with me. So I gave it a week and called the following Thursday to check to see if she was able to speak with the contractors. She cut me off and stated that she had left a voice message; however, I did not have a voicemail or even a missed call so I provided my number again. She stated that he had some availability in about a hour if I would be home. I said great and the guy showed up within the hour. He examined my window and stated that he would have to come back Friday or Saturday with a ladder to check out my roof. I stated great I will be home all day on both days. He stated the office would give me a call to set it up. I provided him with my number to make sure that they had the correct number on file. I never heard anything else and didn't even bother following up because of the poor customer service. If my house was too far, job too small or they were too busy I would rather be told that than ignored. The install crew were professional and not slackers at all. Gutters look great and barring another pecan tree fiasco I expect to never have to replace gutters again. The price was few hundred lower than the other bid. Raintite had multiple choices for leaf guards and I chose the one that was more expensive but will be easier to blow clean. We have incredible amounts of debris from pecan and other trees.
