I called a few hours later to let them know that I had to take my wife in for surgery tomorrow so after today they had to miss a day. Tonight at 8.15PM Mike called and said that he got my message and did not want us to have no AC for 2 more days and was it OK if he got to us around 9PM. I said great and Mike got to us around 9.10PM, checked the AC circuit breaker and determined that it was intermittent and needed replacement. He replaced it in 15 minutes and our AC is working. Considering he drove 30 minutes each way to our house and was here for at least 30 minutes his price was much less than I expected. For a company to worry that we needed help now and not in 2 days was outstanding and beyond 5 stars. Mike will be our electrician from now on.

When they arrived they were very polite, introduced themselves and complimented me on my home and neighborhood. Upon entering my house, they put down a drop cloth to wipe their feet on. John came to my home, and examined and inspected the entire home, attic to basement. He sat with me and my Wife and explained to use and showed us what exactly was needed and why. At no point did John pressure us or trick us into buying anything we didn't need or want. Once everything was agreed upon, John showed up, with his crew, and again went over everything that needed to be done. I basically had to have the whole system redone due to age and poor installation. John and his crew replaced everything and took their time and did the job.
