My young daughter cracked the screen on my laptop (she is very sorry) so I took it into Greenlight and they replaced the screen while I waited for a lot less than I though it was going to cost. Brilliant service and a great coffee. Would recommend. PS Store looked really good too! read more

Have used Greenlight in the past and have unfortunately broken my laptop at the weekend, took it in on Saturday and had it back today, working as good as new. Staff are always friendly and reassuring and prices are very reasonable. I recommend to anyone with computer problems or looking to buy a computer. read more

Very responsive and extremely nice customer service. Although they couldn't repair in time (needed parts from the US). They evaluated the problem within hours the same day. Fixed my MacBook fine but terrible customer service - arrived during opening hours to find the shop locked with an Open sign on the door. Eventually got an answer on the phone after 20 mins (and I had left them a voicemail) and was told I had to get back to them within 5 mins as they weren't actually open after all and had just popped in. After running across town to get there I had to ask for an explanation - they said they didn't think it necessary to update their website for an 'emergency closure' (someone had called in sick). They chose not to give me a call, without giving me a reason as to why, even though I had said I would be in on the day and had left them my number. I had to ask for an apology which was half-given reluctantly. I then got home to find they hadn't returned the lead for my external hard drive. It speaks volumes that I ordered one from eBay rather than set foot in their shop again, even though I really should have asked them to return it! Definitely not recommended. read more
