He especially enjoyed being in Sally's class. The classroom is bright, roomy, and very clean, with plenty of space for little ones to move around, play, and burn off energy. One of the best parts for us as parents was seeing how much he looked forward to going each day. He would come home chatting about school, and it was clear that he felt safe, comfortable, and engaged. He also made his first friends here, which was really special for our family. We are very thankful for the kind and welcoming atmosphere at Children's Cottage and truly appreciate the care and attention given to our son.

Ms. Sally is amazing--so warm and genuinely loves the kids. It gives us huge peace of mind dropping our daughter off knowing she's in such good hands. She sends regular updates so we know what activities are going on. We chose Children's Cottage for the bilingual aspect, and the results are instant. Our daughter is picking up Mandarin vocabulary and life skills! We realized pretty soon her utensil skills were all developed at school because she surprised us one day by asking for a fork at dinner! The best part? She loves her friends. We just went on vacation and she kept asking about her classmates by name and clearly missed the fun. She was genuinely excited to go back to school. If you want a bilingual program where your toddler will thrive and be loved, look no further!

All the teachers have been fantastic! My eldest's first teacher was Mrs. Fang and I thought she was the best teacher possible, so patient and caring, and taught the kids so much. However, I later realized that all their teachers are very good! I was a little worried initially when I found out my younger kid's first teacher wouldn't be in Mrs. Fang's class but again was pleasantly surprised that Mrs. Celia and Mrs. Gul are just as great and he has adapted incredibly fast. The teachers really care for the kids and have immense patience too. He isn't potty trained now, but I imagine like for my eldest, the teachers at Little Tree will train him before he's 3. I remember dreading doing potty training and by the time I thought about starting, turns out they had been practicing at school already so I didn't have to put in any effort. Academics wise I have been incredibly impressed too. They learn a lot of Chinese language and cultural things including poems which I can barely understand. For English, I tried to teach my kid the ABCs and reading the BOB books but over the years I have learned I don't have to do much actually since school has prepares them well. After just 2.5 months I can see my 2 year old has grown a lot and can sing the ABCs, learned to clean up, and communicates much better. My eldest in TK age can really well and even reads me stories now. One of her classmates that changed schools a few months back told me that the new school is not nearly as advanced and didn't realize how much our kids had learned there. When my eldest started transitioning to the next class, I really appreciated how the teachers would take her over to the new class and let her check out the place for 1-2 weeks before the transfer so she can get familiar slowly. The teachers also check that the kids are actually ready to be moved up both emotionally and academically. This was in contrast from my friend's preschool when they would just move kids once they were at the age, and her kid ended up adjusting very well and couldn't catch up with the older kids. We had several transitions and each time very smooth. I also like how the school really celebrates all the holidays and puts on great shows throughout the year, with the Christmas holiday performance being one of the biggest ones. I love watching the kids sing and dance in both English and Chinese. Lastly, the director Mrs. Amanda and teachers are all very cautious with the kids. I get notified if my kids have some scratches or bruises even if they were there in the morning when they got to school. If they fall or bump themselves, they will also tell me. One time my kid got a little pebble up her nose and they were very worried, calling me that they were trying to get her to sneeze it out or else I would need to take her to the doctors. I trust Little tree to take care of my kids well. I know I wrote a bit of a long essay but I just have a lot of positive things to say about them. Overall, highly recommend sending your kids here! I don't believe you will regret the decision.

All the teachers at Little Tree are very knowledgeable at what they do, from Ms. Amanda the head teacher to Ms. Bai at the front desk, to Ms. Fang and Ms. Celia in the toddler's classroom, to Ms. Ola and Ms. Christine in the intermediate class, to Ms. Christina and Ms. Saras in the TK class, all of them have spent quality time with Adam and taught him valuable life lessons. My second son Jacob is growing fast and I will definitely consider placing him in Little Tree at Cupertino again for pre-K. All in all I highly recommend this school as the place for little kids to learn and grow!

Our family has been part of the Happy Days Cupertino community for over two years -- both of our…read morekids attend -- and it's been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. Here's what stands out: + THE TEACHERS: This is what makes Happy Days special. Our kids' teachers have known them since they were babies and toddlers. They know each child's personality, what lights them up, and what they need on a hard day. Every staff member greets our kids by name at pickup -- not just their classroom teachers, everyone. That kind of continuity doesn't exist at larger programs. Some teachers also speak Spanish with our son, which is meaningful to our multicultural family. Many of them have been at Happy Days for well over a decade, they are clearly doing a great job at retaining their staff. + THE FOOD: Meals are cooked fresh on-site daily -- hot soup, fresh fruits and vegetables, balanced meals our kids actually love. Our picky eater eats things here she refuses at home. The daily soup has quietly helped with fine motor skills (holding a spoon, scooping carefully) in a way that feels like lunch, not therapy. + SIBLING CONNECTION: Our kids are in different age groups but share the same playground with the infant care area separated by an open fence. The open layout lets children of different ages interact naturally, and watching our two spot each other across the yard is the best part of our day. Ms. Simran does a phenomenal job of capturing these sweet moments on camera! +INFANT CARE: We started our youngest at 8 months. The 1:4 teacher-to-infant ratio, daily written activity logs, and classroom cameras gave us real peace of mind. Watching our baby hit every milestone with teachers cheering them on made the hardest part of going back to work so much easier. It was so hard when my daughter and I got sick often in the first few months, but the teachers were incredibly helpful in navigating that season. + POTTY TRAINING SUPPORT: Our oldest started in the transition classroom before being potty trained. The teachers were patient, encouraging, and never made it stressful -- for our child or for us. The kids are still obsessed with Ms. Rosie to this day! + CULTURAL CELEBRATIONS: Happy Days embraces the diversity of its families through events and classroom activities. For a multicultural family like ours, this matters more than any test score. We love the Diwali, Easter, Lunar New Year, Earth Day, St Patrick's Day and other festivities so much! +MS. STEPHANIE: She knows every child and every family. Responsive, honest, and genuinely invested. You can tell this isn't just a business to her. She's been at the facility for over 25 years and is truly committed helping these kids thrive. We're now navigating the graduation out of Happy Days and the hardest part isn't academics -- it's the thought of leaving Happy Days. Our kids didn't just go to daycare here. They grew up here. If you're touring schools and feeling overwhelmed: go visit Happy Days. You'll feel the difference the moment you walk in.

Our youngest attended from six months old until smoothly transitioning to TK last month. We got to know every classroom and teacher, all of whom are professional, kind, experienced, and well-matched to the ages they care for. We really appreciate the attention to detail for kids' daily and developmental experience, and the level of coordination required to provide such a consistently high experience. Because we started daycare during COVID, we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, having two doors/classroom, plenty of backup care options if a teacher was out, and the outdoor play spaces (including a covered play space so they can still run around when it's raining!) We love the sanity-saving healthy lunch/snack program, the flexible hours, the year-round holiday celebrations and fun themes, the consistent communication, and warm generosity of the staff - especially Ms. Stephanie, who worked with us on everything from bottle transitions and naps to talking back and art projects. I wish we'd known about Happy Days when my older child was in daycare. I highly recommend to any family - this place is so worth it, especially for dual-career couples who don't have endless work flexibility. Knowing our child was so well cared for at every age and stage took an immense pressure off of me every day. We look forward to visiting soon!

We enrolled with the typical anxieties of new parents, especially around major transitions. In Preschool Pathways, Ms. Madhavi and Ms. Komal played a critical role in helping our child move out of diapers. They told us when he was truly ready and supported the transition with structure and reassurance. Their confidence gave us confidence. It was a collaborative process, and it set the tone for our trust in the school. Academically, his growth has been substantial. In PS1, Ms. Kathryn stood out not only for her teaching but for the care she put into the classroom. She would bring handmade toys for the children and created an environment he genuinely adored. By that stage, he was already reading, which initially surprised us but later felt consistent with the strong academic foundation Primrose builds. Now in TK, Ms. Cassandra and Ms. Shweta continue to stretch him intellectually, complementing his skills with board games such as chess and encouraging structured thinking. The learning feels intentional and layered rather than rushed. Physical development has been equally thoughtful. Coach J has sparked his interest in soccer, yoga, and gymnastics. By the time he was three, he already had opinions about which activities he wanted to pursue outside of school. That early exposure matters. Leadership has reinforced this consistency. Ms. Sima, the Head of School, is hands-on and proactive in communicating with parents. She knows every child personally and remains visibly engaged in daily school life, which creates accountability and trust. Beyond academics, the culture is well-rounded. Festivals across traditions--Christmas, Diwali, Ramzan, Hanukkah, Lunar New Year--are celebrated thoughtfully. Monthly donation drives introduce the concept of giving. There are meet-and-greets with law enforcement and emergency services, field trips, family potlucks, trunk-or-treats, magic shows, and reptile visits. The environment is structured, but never stagnant. Even daily routines reflect intention. Meals are cooked fresh on-site, snacks are healthy, and children are encouraged to control their servings and take responsibility. He always talks about the ravioli and goes back for a second serving. The chef, Mr. Jacob, feels like part of the broader educational team. As he prepares to graduate, the faculty has been proactive in guiding us toward the right next school placement. Primrose has not just prepared him academically. It has shaped his independence, curiosity, and confidence. For our family, it has been a foundational chapter that we value deeply.

As new parents, starting daycare was initially nerve-wracking, but from the very start, the entire team made us feel truly welcomed and comforted. Our son joined around 17 months old, and the love and guidance from his teachers--who are dedicated educators that genuinely care--have meant so much to us. In the Young Toddler classroom, Ms. Claudia, Ms. Nehal, Ms. Anjali, and Ms. Erika created a caring environment where our son felt safe, smoothly transitioned, and became excited about learning. There were even days he didn't want to leave at pickup! :) They also supported us as parents, which meant a lot. In Early Preschool, Ms. June, Ms. Veena, Ms. Saira, and Ms. Jenny continue to nurture his growth with the same heartfelt care. Our son has developed so much--he's chatting more, sharing what he learns, and always beams with joy when talking about his teachers. The school itself is spotless, well-organized, and always keeps us informed. We also truly appreciate the thoughtful events, including holidays and charity activities throughout the year, which involve both children and families. It's really a place where kids can flourish, learn, and grow! We're very grateful for Ms. Monica's leadership, the owner Ms. Sima, and all the loving teachers who create this warm, welcoming environment and make us feel part of the Primrose family. It means the world to us to see our son happy, supported, and well cared for.
