Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.

Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. But Landon is to unprofessional to try and talk things out with. We quickly learned to be careful about telling Landon how we felt about his work (or lack thereof) because he gets hot quick and all professionalism goes out the door. We hired Landon to do our complete yard and paid him $55K+ for it. To us that was a lot of money and we expected that our landscaper would have attention to detail and make us somewhat of a priority. We were very mistaken. There were a lot of unexpected "bumps in the road" on his end and through the 8 months of working with him we always tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and just keep moving forward. We noticed that if he feels like he's losing control of a situation he will threaten you with liens and collection agencies instead of just talking through the situation with you and finding common ground. He made us feel like we were always trying to screw him over even though we paid every single invoice the moment he sent it to us. And the one time that we didn't (because we felt like we needed to protect ourselves in some way to make sure the job got completed) he immediately started to threaten us with liens. We had given him no reason to think we would screw him over, but he gave us every reason to think he wouldn't finish the job before 2017 ended if we paid the invoice. Buhler landscaping might give you a really great price but trust me when I say you get what you pay for. If you want a contractor that is professional, hardworking, has attention to detail and treats you with respect then don't hire Landon Buhler. If you want someone who is good at selecting plants and giving you a good price then he's your guy.

At that time I was impressed with the way he handled the information and said that he would get back to me with a detailed quote breaking down each phase of the project and would I please text him my email. So I did and when I did not hear back from him I decided to text and call him to make sure he received my email. I got no response from him and so I waited a few weeks and tried to reach him again. Still no response, and I have left him a message or two since then, which is now about 3-4 months and still no response. I am not sure why everyone is so satisfied with him when he can't even respond to me and let me know one way or the other if he wants the job. As far as I am concerned that is a terrible way to run a business. I did not want to post this on Yelp and put a negative spin on your business, but at least tell me why you are simply ignoring me?????
