The smoothie itself was delicious, and is currently my new favourite smoothie, although I do find it a little expensive when you compare the price to the size. The staff at this location was nice, though a little slow... It took a while for me to get my drink (5 to 10 mins) even though I was the only one in the store at that time... Their juice prices is slightly higher than regular juices, but each bottle is full of flavour and healthy ingredients, and there's a large selection of flavors to choose from. The "Be Active" is my regular go to flavour but I've enjoyed many of the other flavours as well. They also serve other healthy items like smoothies, coffee, tea, salad bowls, breakfast jars, soups, wraps, and orangic baked goods like brownies and cookies. One thing that stands out with the Village Juicery is that they make an effort to minimize waste through the use of glass containers and their recycling program. The recycling program encourages customers to return the glass containers for a tiny refund that they can save within their account if you have the app and use towards future purchases.

Carolyn, the owner, is a qualified dietitian/nutritionist, who would be guiding people to pursue healthy vegan eating as per their dietary needs. It could be for detoxification, weight-loss, thyroid etc etc. She is an enthusiastic professional. During the event, Carolyn could find time to speak to every guests present at the event and explain the concept, gave us some really good tips, which we would not know otherwise. We also tried a lot of samples of fresh juices and smoothies. The price of each item as compared to any other gourmet juice bars is competitive. She has lunch programs with delivery options and a lot of unique offerings. We tried almond milk, detox smoothie and some other healthy smoothies, everything was delicious! The lunch was all vegan nachos topped with chilli, cheese, sour-cream, salsa and some salad. She surely proved that healthy eating does not have to be boring or tasteless! So I didn't order this one in ordered to optimize the value of my BOGO deal. I ordered the Chunky Mango Slush (large $7.20) and got the 3 Guys (large $7.10) for free. Both drinks tasted great. I originally wanted the Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie (large $7.50) but they were sold out at that time. They had their grand opening on 2018-10-26. They handed out free bubble tea for the first 100 customers at noon on Oct 26-28. There is free WiFi. The cafe is wheelchair accessible, but there is no door-open button. Revitasize is a fast casual spot that focuses on shakes (fresh and bottled) and Chia bowls. It does have a few more meal like options but I would say 90% of the customers dropping in were grabbing juices or a shake to go. The place itself is fairly big for a shake spot. Easy to grab a seat if you want to stay in. It was clean and with the big windows, a bright sunny spot. For a Saturday morning, there was never a terrible wait. Only one person manned the cashier and then disappeared into the back to help with the orders. I think the number of people coming in was pretty light but at one point, there was a line up for 3 people with no one at the cashier for more than a few minutes. For breakfast, I figure a healthy start would be would be a good way to go and they have a few bowls to choose from. Revita Bowl - I think I misread the menu because it had acai, wild berries, banana, strawberries, and agave for each bowl. I thought I would get the acai and some berries on the bottom and more cut banana, berries, and strawberries on top ... like the image they had. All the ingredients were blended up with either a lot of ice or frozen fruit and on the bottom. It was like a fruit slushie for most of it. It was pretty cold to eat. On top it had a bit of trail mix, coconut, and a bit bananas. For $10, I dont think it's outrageous but I do understand when people say it is expensive. From a taste perspective, it wasn't too sweet and was a decent balance between natural flavour and the agave. I suspect the acai was made with frozen fruit because it didn't have that fresh berry flavour. 3.5/5 Peanut Butter Acai bowl - Another early morning bowl to wake up the body. This one looked more appealing with the cut fruit of bananas, strawberries, and kiwi on top. The total fruit was really one medium sized strawberry, less than 1 kiwi, and a part of a banana. The base definitely tasted strongly like peanut butter. It was dominant and even though it looked the same as the Revita bowl, it had a completely different boldness. For $10, it seemed steep but for freshly made fruit bowl... its not completely crazy I guess. 3.5/5 For the area, not much else is offered for this type of shakes, juices, and bowls. It's so hard to say this particular is overpriced since all shakes, juices, and bowls carry a steep premium. Sometimes you feel like the flavour just hits you and you love it. This time, it wasn't bad but it wasn't a complete love of the flavour to think I needed to come back soon.
