The path to enlightment and higher consciousness begins with a single step in the right direction. These guys sell all the books, posters, supplements, incense, decor and patches to get you in the right direction. I appreciate their selection of rolling trays and cheech & chong memorabilia. Score. They don't actually sell the crazy mushrooms you keep reading about. While I was in there, they answered the phone twice, and both times told the callers to go down the street for the good shrooms. The store had a good selection of fun merch and was all fairly priced. The clerk was nice, professional and relaxed about things. The whole store put off a good vibe. I'll be back for all my transcendental meditational needs.

The shop vibe is incredible, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. However, if you are looking specifically for consistent, premium strains or trying to buy in bulk, buying at any brick-and-mortar storefront in SF gets incredibly expensive due to local retail markups. Additionally, third-party lab results (certificates of analysis) aren't always readily viewable on the spot for every single batch.Pro-Tip for Regulars: If you want to compare local retail options against direct-from-source bulk vendors who offer independent batch testing, check out the comprehensive deep-dives on KratomVerdict.com. They have excellent vendor breakdown guides (including direct lines to verified sources like Jack Botanicals) that save you a ton of money if you order online instead.Go to this shop for the great local community vibes and immediate needs, but use a dedicated review directory online to verify your regular batches for the best safety and value!

The store was neat and well organized. We needed cutlery for our purchase and they were completely out su we were sent to the other side near the AMAZON pick up. My assumption is they're all CCSF students and don't care unless you confront them with a question. This store does seem to have a robust cheese section, but other areas/whole sections of shelves were completely bare today (10/5/26). I don't typically buy precut fruit, but was in the mood today--no dice, only very limited and sad looking options left. Salad bar was missing all varieties of lettuce (nearly empty romaine, spring mix, spinach), which was my goal for my stop in. I got a small cup of tomato soup to my hunger void (yummy, but pretty hard to mess up). Given the layout of the store, you'll have to search around for what you need (coffee was on an end cap near the bread/hot bar). Ambience is...a grocery store. No area that I saw to sit and eat, but there are some cement slabs outside. Overall, glad I have other options closer to me and don't rely on this store. If you shop this Whole Foods with low expectations, you'll be good.
