The hotel did not offer a…read moremicrophone or speakers for the conference room, so I needed to rent them from a local business. All of my contact with Baker Media was via phone and email, since my company is located in Chicago. I received quick and helpful replies to all of my questions. They were extremely accommodating with the deliver of the equipment - they met me at the hotel at 8PM the night before the seminar. But another reason they receive the 5+ stars is the extra mile they went for me.... the hotel was to provide a screen for our presentations. The screen was there, but was the size of a home screen, not that for a room to hold 30 people! So after Baker Media installed the microphone and speakers, they went back to their store and brought me back a huge screen - and this at 10 o'clock at night! And at an extremely reasonable price! It is very obvious they care about their customers. If I ever plan anything again within a doable distance from Findlay, I will definitely use them again.
