So we went with them considering their lifetime warranty and reputable company. Their office support was great. Scheduling, installing was well organized and smooth. There was one layout mis-understanding. But they kindly pointed out the reason and the change that's was made, documented in the contract compared with original layout. While I asked for the valley rod it was forgotten in the contract. But they came back added it, along with some additional shelving to ensure that we are satisfied.
