I have never felt like 'a number' and they always spend time and answer all my questions. Sometimes the answer is 'I'm not sure' but it's always followed up with 'but I will find out for you / ask a specialist'. I have never had a problem with under / over servicing (never recommended unnecessary tests) and they will always discuss pros / cons of treatment options. There is always a follow-up phone call to check on the progress of my dog following a consultation. I feel all the staff genuinely care about my dogs and are passionate about their job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The staff here are true animal lovers and on an occasion where I had to leave Ron overnight, I knew he was in safe loving hands. The vet is great at soothing distressed animals, which in turn calms the owners. She offers really practical advice on all aspects of pet care, from diet through to grooming. Because the clinic is quite small, the waiting room isn't over run with sick cats and dogs - in fact, I've never seen more than 3 people in total waiting in the clinic at any one time. Entry is via the back of this converted house, where there is a car park for customers.

Located in a converted suburban house with a resident menagerie of cats and birds, 313Vets doesn't have a clinical feel which probably helps the pets stay calm. My dog is usually very shy, but was really relaxed despite the emergency procedure she had to have. Dr Kimler and staff were fabulous. The treatment was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to the alternative emergency services available at the time.

I took Sarah here nearly 3 years ago, when I noticed she was experiencing shortness of breath. Dr Phil diagnosed her with heart disease, and started Sarah on medications which relieved her breathing difficulties, and greatly improved her energy levels. Amazingly, Sarah is still active and happy now, at 11 years of age, thanks to being given her medications twice a day. While this is a commitment, we see Sarah as an equal member of the family to our other pets, and equally worthy of the best care possible. Dr Phil and the other staff at this clinic always impress me with their warmth, expertise, genuine care and dedication. I can trust them to be gentle and experienced when handling Sarah, and for any procedures, so that her visits to the vet are stress free. I travel over 80 km each way to come here, and consider it well worth it. Highly recommend.
