Proceeded to reach out to them and the owner Joel contacted me back. I rarely leave rave reviews unless a business meets a few of my criteria: service, quality, timeliness and cleanliness. This company hit all the marks. I liked their services so much that even though I had a 10% off coupon, I elected to pay the full price I was quoted. What I liked was that Joel contacted me prior to arriving to let me know when his team would arrive, the trimmers attentiveness to my needs and leaving the yard clean after they were finished. Approximately two hours after speaking with Joel, six of his team members showed up and trimmed my trees better than I had expected. Would definitely use this company again. We had a total of 7 very large trees, roots and all removed. These were trees that had been growing for nearly 25 years. One tree was a 40' Eucalyptus. It was a 2 day project at our home and his crew was very professional and hard working. At the end of each day my yard was spotless of all tree trimmings and leaves. The majority of the trees removed were in difficult places like too close to the foundation of my home or near hardscape/block walls. No hardscape was damaged during the removal. We had one pipe break on the tree removal project and Jerry's crew had another crew out in a matter of 15 minuets to fix the broken pipe. I was just wowed by how quickly & safely they got the job done. We also had other trees pruned and had a tree replanted by his team. His crew is so good at what they do that when you go look at the area where a massive tree used to be, you don't see anything. The stump is gone, the hole filled in and soil raked out. Wow. You can tell this is a company that has been around for a while, they know their stuff and we are so happy that we chose Treescapes for the job. I have asked four times to have this cleaned up. Now they say they won't fix it unless I go through the management company. The management company doesn't pay them. The homeowners pay them. I think they forget that. He let me know he was booking about a month out, which was fine since I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come out the very next morning to assess the job and provide a quote. His pricing was fair, and he was even able schedule the work within two weeks. On the day of the job, he arrived on time, completed everything promptly, and charged exactly what was quoted--no surprises. He and his team worked quickly, were very thorough, and left everything neat. One part of the job involved trimming hedges from my neighbor's yard that grow over my wall. There's only about 18-24" of space between the wall and my pool, but they handled it beautifully without making a mess in the pool. The quote was to remove the stump 6 inches below grade. He showed up with a stump grinder same day, and worked for about a hour, after which another guy came int he afternoon for another hour or so. When he was done, he told me he didn't clean up the shavings because it would be helpful for the retaining wall project I had going. I trusted him and believed him. Turns out, when my team went to build my retaining wall the following week, the shavings that were there, were just covering up the fact that the stump was still there above grade in some places. I tried to contact the owner of Arborist Crew for 2 days with no response to my calls or texts. I was forced to pay my gardener to come on a Sunday and re-do the job. I let the owner of Arborist Crew know I had to pay someone else to do the job and waited a month to see if he would make it right before posting this. OVERALL - sounds like they are great with big jobs making big money... but I wouldn't recommend if you have something smaller they are squeezing in AT ALL.

They did such a hack job that two of the trees became infested with some kind of insect that killed them, and they also killed three others. They were total butchers. I needed to save the rest of the trees and so I called Kelvin and his guys. What an amazing job they did! You can actually feel the happiness emanating from my fruit trees now! They definitely cost more than 500 bucks but the amount of work they did for the price I paid was tremendous! Kelvin really knows his stuff and his guys are all really great.
