Our appointment was rescheduled twice by him, which was really no problem. But the morning of the appointment, we saw his truck drive by our home. 30 minutes later I texted to ask if he was still coming. To this day no reply. Apparently Martins time is more valuable than ours, and the job was not something big enough for him to be bothered with. He had a photo of our yard, and the address to do his homework and determine that beforehand. Really inconsiderate and bad business. As a small business owner, I would never treat a potential client that way. Guess we dodged a bullet.
