My wife had to crawl under the vehicle and reattach it at a rest stop on I80. I sent a message through the Kunes website and my wife filled out a survey to let the Service Department know that their tech didn't fasten it correctly. NO ONE from their Service department reached out. We're very disappointed that they are unwilling to acknowledge their mistake or try to make it right. We also haven't inspected the splash shield to see if it broke or was damaged from it repeatedly bouncing on the interstate for several miles.
