She takes her time talking to me and listens to me :) she's gone the extra mile for my dad when he was applying for disability. She made sure to get all of his paper work done ASAP. Sadly I can't say the same things for Dr. To. He is EXTREMELY rude. I've dealt with him a few times while Dr. Kim-Foley was on vacation. He treats you as if he's doing you a huge favor and rolls his eyes. He's often talked down to me and has openly judged me. AVOID HIM. My younger sister, Jessica M., recently had an awful experience with him. She is on yelp so I'm sure she will be reviewing this place soon so I'll let her say what happened :) The other staff is very friendly :) I've never had any issues with them. In July they moved to the new building so the address is different. I will update that later.

My Dr is Campbell there in the medical complex and the experience with her staff has been much more pleasant than other physicians I've experienced or encountered in the past. The establishment is clean the staff still wars a mask although it is no longer mandatory for nonsick patients to wear a mask if they don't desire. Everyone hates going to the doctors. I really hate going to the doctors…read more I've been sick for the past for days and finally gave in and looked up a family doctor. I found the tidewater medical center online. I called and made an appt the same day. It's in a business building and I kinda expected it to have their own building and not share it with real estate company, but I guess that's all they could get. The entrance is very plain and nothing for kids. Once I got there the receptionist was very nice and answered any questions I had and even helped me with the paperwork since I was sick and trying to take care of my son at the same time. She quickly had me seen. The nurse I had was very sweet and caring. I think I saw Dr. Little. He explained his diagnosis to me and how he could help me. He was very informative, very kind, and patient. My son is one and it's hard to do anything with him lol. He quickly prescribed me some medicine and I was on my way to the pharmacy with a doctor's note. I think I'll continue to go there.

I guess these things were never a priority while living in a city. Dr. Piccioni was the first doctor listed when I searched by my health provider in my zip code. His office is only 10 minutes from my house (it takes 5 minutes to get out of my neighborhood). As a vagabond, I've seen many doctors and yet again I lucked out. I arrived at the new office on time, filled out the first-time application, was called in a few minutes later, was checked and questioned by the nurse, then waited a few more minutes for the doc to come in. Frank's pleasant to talk to and straightforward when it comes to medicine. Maybe this is because he's an osteopathic physician (I had to Wikipedia that myself. The osteopathic philosophy is similar to my own; I just didn't know there was a term for it). I was informed of and opted to get tetanus and pertussis vaccine, a blood count and cholesterol check (I even ate before coming in. I didn't know this was possible!), my lip cyst checked, and a ton of medicine for my genetic skin problem. It was all done timely and effortlessly. I have a PPO health policy, but I gladly consider Frank to be my primary physician.

I chose this practice after I retired from the military so I've been there over 3 years. I've also gone to appointments where all my concerns were not addressed. I'm happy to leave.
