Sadly I can't say the same things for Dr. To. He is EXTREMELY rude. I've dealt with him a few times while Dr. Kim-Foley was on vacation. He treats you as if he's doing you a huge favor and rolls his eyes. He's often talked down to me and has openly judged me. AVOID HIM. My younger sister, Jessica M., recently had an awful experience with him. She is on yelp so I'm sure she will be reviewing this place soon so I'll let her say what happened :) The other staff is very friendly :) I've never had any issues with them.
