Another one was $20,000 One was $14,000 but I didn't like the guy Finally, we settled on Installers Now, LLC for $13,950 for the complete roof. Extra things come up on the job, like broken gutters and the installation of a bathroom rooftop exhaust fan. Only $800 for the 5 different extras. The boss and owner. Benjamin Mancillas was wonderful to work with!!! On-time and very polite on my exhaustive questions about the job Excellent warranty on their work. They showed up yesterday and did the whole job in one day, and it was beautifully done. Very, very good cleanup!! I mowed the lawn today and did not see, one rooftop piece or roof nail. I am very, very happy with the work!! Thanks everyone for your help, I thought you might find it interesting, the final result. Frank and Sheila 5117 Comanche Way

I had other inquiries regarding related issues and he helped me identify other work that should be done in conjunction with a roof replacement. I had him compete with three other companies nonetheless. He made every effort to win the contract but he wasn't pushy and only replied when I initiated contact first. I felt like I was dealing with a neighbor, not a salesperson. It was a tough decision but his personal touch closed the deal. When the day came to do the work, the crew was onsite right away and went straight to work. They were not disruptive and got the job done in less than one day. They didn't damage my lawn with their equipment and they checked multiple times that they cleaned up properly and didn't miss anything. They are a local company that I highly recommend.

I had looked at the door, having taken framing courses, and knew it wasn't going to straight forward to remove the trim. I told the tech that and also said I hoped to replace the door with a new one soon that was energy efficient. Because I said that, they agreed to do my door as these 75yo doors can take cosmetic damage to remove the pane. Again, the glazer arrived on time. The end result, which he was proud of, was a tiny hole and a tiny crack ( easily filled with wood caulk if I cared). It was great! He was done quickly and I can't thank them more. Likewise with my SIL. But hey, cardboard and duct tape was more energy efficient during those really frigid days!

During the two winters, my wife would complain that it was colder than normal when she sits next to the window, but I just mistook that as normal as she is sitting next to huge windows. Well, few days ago, with the huge storm we got hit, we had water coming through the glass that this company has installed. Water was pouring in through the gaps. Well this explain my wife complain the colder air coming through. It doesn't seem the company sealed the glass very well when installing. It is amazing that Martin Glass after I emailed them told me that this is normal. This is the response I got from Martin Glass; "The water filtration is unlikely to be caused by glass installation. Big rain storms with driving rain can cause minor water filtration." This wasn't minor water filtration, this was me wiping the water and it would come in right away, and there is no way that any air or water coming in through the glass is normal. This is not through the glass but through the outside the structure that the glass sits in. I do have a video but posting it here is not possible. Check the google review.

The Exteriors Company - Before and after

The Exteriors Company deserves 6 out of 5 I cannot give them enough praise. I'll summarize here in…read morecase you don't want to read a lengthy review. The highlights were communication, quality of work, price, and customer service. I cannot wait to work with The Exteriors Company again. The Exteriors Company could teach a master class on contractor/customer interactions. If you need exterior work done, call The Exteriors Company! FOR REAL. LENGTHY REVIEW STARTS HERE: It took over a year and a half and meeting with 15 roofing companies to finally find the right company for my job: The Exteriors Company. My house has a modern/Frank Lloyd Wright kinda vibe - lots of different roof sections and pitches. A majority of the first 15 contractors that bid on my roof repair wanted to sell me a new roof. The problem with my roof was a design flaw and a new roof would have eventually led to more water in my house. This was confirmed by an architect. If you look at the before and after photo, you can see how ridiculous the design was. We had water coming into our house anytime it rained and when the snow melted. It was awful. We were lucky enough to have Ryan (the owner of The Exteriors Company) come look at our roof. The first thing he said after climbing on to the roof was, "You need to redo this whole area," confirming what we already knew. That was the first clue that we found a good roofing contractor. After talking in person and over email with Ryan and getting the contract for the project, we knew we found the right company. Ryan was so communicative. He reached out regularly through the repair process. We had four different teams (framing, roofing, siding and gutters) work on our repair. We were notified in advance when to expect each team. Then each team project manager reached out via text a day or two before and the day of their work. Each team was on time and did beautiful work. They were also tidy and I felt like they respected our home and property. Shout out to Taylor Paar and Scott Mack (roofing project manager and siding manager). Both these fellows came to meet with me and my husband to review the work that was done and to make sure everything was done to our liking. And to make sure we didn't have any concerns or questions. The entire experience from start to finish was incredible. The Exteriors Company very obviously cares deeply about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. If I could give more than five stars, I would gladly do that. I wish more contractors/vendors followed the playbook that The Exteriors Company has perfected. JOB WELL DONE

We were impressed with how perfectly the new wood matched the original cupboards for such a seamless installation! We chose the arch topped pattern; we were able to use our original pretty backplates and knobs; we did update with hinges that were internal and more modern in appearance. Within the next month, a carpenter arrived to measure precisely for the project. When the big day arrived, two installers came promptly at 8 am. In two and a half days, the kitchen looked beautifully refreshed and new! Cody D. and Greg C. did an exceptional job installing everything! When they left, the kitchen was spotless! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mad City for your kitchen cupboard door replacements! Their representatives and their carpenters were very professional and their prices were reasonable! Enjoy the process!

My spouse and I scheduled a consultation and while the sales rep who came was moderately pushy, we ultimately decided to purchase six new windows. I had to reschedule once due to my spouse having Covid, additionally the instillation needed to be rescheduled again due to an inclement snowstorm, and the installers feeling unsafe (which I was fully supportive of, I did not want anyone getting hurt). The problem lies with communication. Our sales rep was supposed to be our "point of contact", however he has been extremely unhelpful, even going as far as reading and choosing to not reply to messages that were sent about the weather on the 2nd installation date; I tried to inform the sales rep it was unsafe for the installers to come due to a recent snow storm, and yet they showed up anyway - which was not their fault, they had not been informed. Additionally we have vaulted ceilings, which would typically not be a problem for instillation, if the proper pictures were taken and sent to the installers. Our sales rep did not take appropriate pictures, and did not send a proper description of the project to the installers, so they were unaware they needed a lift to access the windows. Currently the windows are being installed, and lo-andbehold the installers come without a lift saying they were unaware a lift was needed - which is not their fault, it should have been communicated to them... If you like good windows at a decent price, but don't mind poor communication, this is the company for you. *I will say the customer service over the phone has been great and the installers have been nothing but friendly - but I did have to shampoo the rugs after they left.

The trim piece under our picture window is 8 feet long and it is just held there by chalk. It broke loose once and they came and recaulked it in place. Now it is falling off again, allowing water to get behind our siding. Called 2 months ago, then called 2 more times to get a call back. They finally called and said for $200 they would recaulk it in place. It is to long and heavy for caulk to hold it. When the wind is out of the south our curtains move. You can tell there is no insulation in there. The traffic noise is very loud compared to our old windows. Bottom line is Bad Company with cheap quality products and piss poor service!!!!!
