The bouquet was stunning and reasonably priced. Best part Village Flower was extremely polished and professional. I gave this contact information to my aunt in Houston to use them as well for my mom's bday. Also in Sept, I landed a new role within my company and my aunt used them for me as well. :). Best part - I'm on back to back non-stop video calls daily (UGH) and I got a text from the driver sharing she would drop off my bouquet and just wanted me to know. Crazy professional team. Couldn't be happier.

She called me right away because she was a little confused as to why she received another arrangement. I explained to her what had happened with the previous order. She also said that if she needs flowers, she would definitely order from Griffin's. They definitely went out of their way to see that she had a beautiful arrangement. I have so many good things to say about Kelley's Flowers…read more I called from Cleveland and ordered the "arrive in style" bouquet 24 hours before they needed to be delivered to my mom's salon for her birthday. The flowers were beautiful! They gave me the heads up that they'd just received the delivery of white lilies that day so they weren't quite open yet, and fluffed the arrangement with other flowers to compensate. They also accommodated a rather small 3-hour delivery window, which I was incredibly thankful for. The woman who helped with the phone order was so kind and charming and the price was great for such a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, white asiatic lilies, alstroemeria, cushion spray chrysanthemums and statice. This won't be my last time ordering from Kelley's!

I attempted to send a violet to a family who just lost their mother/grandmother…read more I called 4x to no avail. No one answered and there was no voicemail available, as it was not set up. I placed my order online as it was my only option. And completed my intended order. The next morning I received a call and text informing me that they did not have the violet available. I used the florist specifically bc they had the violet "available" and I wanted to use a local florist. I understand that flowers can be out of stock, this is why I called multiple times before placing my online order. They canceled my order and apologized, but I had to use a big box florist to get what I needed instead of the local route. It's unfortunate their inventory isn't accurate, and I couldn't speak to anyone about it prior to my online order.
