Following an inspection completed on September 30, 2026, CGarcia Renovation estimated the work at $1,800, stating it would require 5 to 6 workers over two days to complete all repairs before October 2. I accepted the proposal and immediately issued the requested $900 deposit. However, on September 30, no personnel arrived at the property.
