It was such an amazing conversation that he didn't charge me a dime for that now 3 months later when I'm still having issues I called and asked him to come and check out what might be causing both of my refrigerators to still not work properly! He came and checked them out, put refrigerant in one of them had me order a temp sensor for the other one so we can monitor the temp over time and try to figure out if it's an issue with the technology. While I'm still waiting to see what if anything is majorly wrong with them I'm so thankful for the quick response time of him coming out so soon after I called(the next day), the time he spent helping me understand what all the problems could be and the fact that he has only charged me for a service call for each fridge which can be used as a credit towards whatever repair we wind up needing to make.
