Just wow! Speechless! This is the second car I bring here and they don't disappoint. They really take care of your car like it's their own. Brought in two cars, an Audi Q5 2016, with a dent in the bumper and got it back like nothing happened. And probably a wax because the car was spotless and shiny! Okay let me start off by saying that no matter how nice of a business, having to pay for a unplanned expense such as a car accident certainly would put anyone in a bad mood. So the fact that the have so many stars must speak for the level of customer service that they have. A couple weeks ago I got in an accident that completely ripped off my front bumper. Since I only have liability my insurance would not pay. I had to pay out of pocket. My mechanic recommended Green tech but they didn't have availability until two weeks later but I decided to wait anyways. I rented a car for the full 5 days that they said it would take and dropped off my car on a monday. The cheapest car I could find was at the airport which is a good distance from their place of business. Not only did Arlene agree to drop me off, since I had trouble finding the rental desk she looked up their direct number and texted it to me. She is amazing! If the owner reads this don't ever let her go. The repair ended up only taking 2 days saving me on the rental car. This place really went above my expectations and made my bad time much better. Just took my Lexus in for a broken rear bumper marker light. Yolanda greeted us, quickly completed paperwork and had one of the repairmen look at the job to give us a quote. It was a simple fix and they quoted a price which I accepted. After replacing the marker light, the actual bill was much less than the amount quoted. I was rear ended a few weeks ago. The other driver wanted to handle the costs out of pocket without getting their insurance involved. Being the nice person I am, ( I got all their info and a report just in case) I agreed to get a quote. I'm not familiar with body shops in my area. I called Alonso's Auto Repair (I've been getting my car serviced here and the owner is an honest guy) to ask what body shops they recommended. They recommended Green Tech. I called, spoke to Ray and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Ray took a good look at my car and gave me a detailed quote right away. I ended up going through insurance. I checked out reviews for authorized shops approved through my insurance. They were hit or miss or customers complained about having to take their vehicle a second time due to poor workmanship. So I decided to take my car (2008 RAV 4 Sport) to Ray. My rear bumper, decal, and spare tire cover were all replaced. When I picked up my car today it looked brand new! Aside from the damaged parts being replaced, they practically detailed my car. I was surprised to see my headlights were polished. The customer service was great! Arlene was very helpful. She always answered my questions (via phone & email) and gave me updates about my car (insurance supplements being approved, parts ordered, day and time my car would be ready). I have had several cars fixed over at Green Tech and I have to say that they are by far the best auto body shop that I have every used! Their attention to detail is impeccable and their pricing is always better than any of their competitors! Plus their management and staff are super friendly, professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I have lived in the Temecula area now for the past 8 years and I still always make the drive up to Upland as they are that good! During my last visit my car's AC had not been working for several months, and the heater was constantly on, I had another shop look it over and they told me that it would cost between $500-$1,000 to get it fixed, but when I took it to Green Tech they told me that all I needed was some freon and minutes later my AC was back as good as new! I came here back in November of 2015 after I got into an accident, because some people think it's cool to run through red lights. Anyway, I originally took it to the shop that my insurance suggested to me, but that place was a joke. They said they didn't want to replace many parts and were just going to try and bang out some dents. after looking up many places I called Green Tech and was impressed with their customer service over the phone so I decided to give them a shot after looking at all of their reviews. Let me tell you that it was well worth it. I was helped mostly by Arlene and Raymond, and they definitely know how to provide good service. I needed my car back ASAP. At the time I had to drive my sister to work every morning, I personally worked 7 days a week about 15 miles away from where I live, and also had to pick up my girlfriend from UC Irvine on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after I got out of work. Needles to say, i really depended on my car. Luckily I found a window in time that would give me about a week where I wouldn't need to take anyone anywhere and I could carpool to work. I dropped my car off and was told it should only take about 5 days. Unfortunately when they took the car apart they found further damage than originally thought from the exterior inspection D: I started to panic and started checking up on them daily (I do apologize for being a pain) because I was short on time. Luckily the team at Green Tech was still able to take care of everything with only about a day or two delay :) when I went to pickup the car I was in awe at how clean and new it looked. The paint job they did was well blended and you couldn't even tell anything was replaced. My car looked like it just rolled off of the assembly line. Hopefully I never need collision repair again, but if I do I will definitely be coming here. read more
