Yea! Not going back! Today went for my customary foot massage $40.00 -when I paid was charged a $2.00 surcharge for paying with my debit card?!?!? So unprofessional, was never told I had to pay a surcharge and I even gave the guy a $10.00 tip???? I got robbed...you can keep your $2.00 dollars...and read more

Two things: 1. We purchased a gift card that they subsequently did not honor. 2. We tipped and they added another $10 to the tip fraudulently. We are contacting our bank's fraud department. Do not trust this location. We used to be frequent customers and are sorely disappointed. read more

Pamper heaven!! Love it a must do for a girl's day out!!! 60 minutes massage for feet is a must do here. Great to bring an out of town girlfriend. It is a massage you can chat and relax with. You will seat in these huge chairs and will begin your relaxation journey. Start off with a hot water foot soak to relax and cleanse the feet They will then offer you green tea or water and always some oriental cookies. Then they start getting into it with knuckles and and strong fingers. I forget how much I love to relax and detox. It is something I don't do very often. After the foot massage you then receive a 10 minute neck and shoulder massage which is such a great compliment because you are so relaxed and those knots just melt away. Based on reflexology massage, it amazes me at how much my feet have knots and how tight my feet felt. I was like get after that knot girl in so many spots on my feet. A girlfriend in our party had a bad knot that has been waking her up for last 8 months. She said she finally felt it melt away, read more

Green Tea Massage - Relaxing water fall - Massage Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Receive a very relaxing and restoring 80 minute massage with my wife. Very nice staff and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Paid for a 90 minute full body massage, the whole time she kept going in and out answering phones, and taking new customers I don't even think it was full 90 minutes. Probably not going back. read more

Super great deal!!! I got the 60 min full body massage for 50$ and it includes a treatment with hot stones!!! One of the few hot stones that actually felt like it did anything for me. I went on a whim here cuz i wanted a more thorough full body massage. It was a rough week at work and i needed something more than my usual Happy Feet so-so treatment. So i found this spot and its cheaper than most around here. Im so glad it turned out so well!! I loved that their table massages are in a private room to be able to disrobe in private and get a more thorough massage. I was floored! I should have asked for my massage therapist name but she was one strong little Chinese lady lol. She asked me if I wanted soft medium or hard and I said medium. Yeah it felt more like hard LOL. But I was not complaining for sure! Best part was a full water bottle they give you in the end lol. Im sold! This is gonna be hard to pull away from now! read more

I've been here three times. First time for a hot stone massage and twice for foot massages. I've had excellent experiences each time. For those who are used to foot massages from the west coast, know that you will get an excellent shoulder, head/face, and foot massage. However, it will not include the back. The chairs are comfortable and cushy but do not decline. This is my choice place for massage when I'm in El Paso. read more

I made an appointment for a full body massage. I arrived on time, & they said "It will be another 30 minutes." Unacceptable. I was accommodated down the street. read more

Always a great foot massage, I've never been dissapointed. They don't rub your shoulders while your feet soak like Happy feet does down the road, but I like the relaxing atmosphere. read more

Great place for a masssage. No need for appointments walkin are available. Recliner massage or table massage are both great. Not over priced. read more

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We had the foot massage. I wasn't sure what to expect. The chairs were comfy and had pillows to put behind your back for additional support. They offered us water or hot tea. The water was a full water bottle. The massage was for an hour and focused mostly on our feet, then our legs to our knees. They do have body massages also. They played soothing music. There was a TV on, it was muted with captions. If you wanted to watch it, you could. We closed our eyes and relaxed. There was a faint smell that seemed to bother my friend, and I'm not quite sure what the smell was of. Hmm... read more

Amazing massage. Very professional. Probably the best $60 + tip I've ever spent. Also does nails and feet. Will be back

Came in because shoulders were killing excellent massage but AC was warm and a bit uncomfortable. Will be back but just need it to be cooler!!! read more

It was a good experience, but not great, like it used to. Staff just talk so loud amongst each other and the phone kept ringing during session. Manager / owner should be taking calls and appointments in the back room not in front for all to be hearing during session. Water used to have aromatherapy , maybe it's been a while since then, but that used to be my favorite part. read more

The ladies are nice and all but once you get into that little room in the back, they turn into beast. The short Asian lady pummeled my defenseless girlfriend while I had to sit back and fight the urge to throw hands with her lol. My girlfriends experience was horrible. The whole time she was in pure pain throughout the massage and even left marks and bruises. We automatically saw a mark on the back of her right ear, which is super noticeable, that was made due to her long sharp nails. She even asked to be more gentle and the lady did not listen and literally slammed her hands against her back. The lady then lifted her legs and let them go making a jester that she was finally done. The price is definitely not worth it, and I recommend to not come here. My girlfriend was still generous enough to leave a $20 tip. read more

Green Tea Massage - The mark left due to the ladies nails when she was massaging her head. - Massage Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Pretty decent place to get a massage at. Good for the prices and well mannered. Your not going to receive a hot chick doing it but, still done right. The one big flaw that I had was there weren't any private rooms. Instead there's little Chinese blinds like a cubicle and a big open space on the middle of the room. Good place for a cheap massage. read more

I'd give no stars if I could. I literally thought my girlfriend was being beaten during our couples massage. Throughout the session she was in complete pain. I have been to several massage places, this one is by far the worst and did nothing for me or her. At the end while I paid, the lady saw I didn't leave a tip (rightfully so), so she decided to give me a lecture on services provided and how she deserved a tip. I love tipping but why would I reward crap service. I ended up giving her a 20.00 tip so she would give me my card back (because she held onto it). Do NOT come here. read more

Lucy is amazing. I get my full body massages from her, she has a rough hand but makes sure all those knots are gone. Highly recommended

I loved my experience here. They are very professional and did a great job. affordable and a nice treat for yourself or a loved one as a gift. Make sure and leave a nice tip please (cash) they really do work hard I hate bad tippers. read more

soothing atmosphere, yet my sig other and I werent impressed by our 'deep' massages. Our foot massages on another occasion were great by the way, but our full body deep tissue massage wasnt anything close to what we paid for. I can do a better job. read more

Where do I even start? At any reputable massage establishent they have you fill out a consultation form to determine whether or not you have any contraindications that would probhibit you from getting massaged. That precaution wasn't made so first big red flag. this place is dark !!!!!! and low key creepy, I got taken back to a treatment room where my therapist said literally nothing to me. she just left me in the room to undress. Didn't tell me where to put my things . Didn't ask me if I had any pain or any areas that I wanted focus on. So I'm alone in this creepy room and it's so incredibly dark that it's difficult to determine how clean my surroundings are. I almost ran out . the table itself had a paper sheet on it. no linens no blanket. So I got down to my skiivies and waited for her to come back. and then I realize there's not even music playing ?! all I hear is the washing machine going. She comes back doesn't bother to ask me what kind of pressure I like. She didn't do any myofascial stretching, or compressions or warm up just applied cold lotion to my back.. it felt like asking a random stranger on the street to rub your back. What I mean By that is I'm a massage therapist and there was no routine, the strokes were not fluid or even the same on each side of my back. so that was bizarre at this point I'm thinking about asking her to just stop. because my eyes are wide open I'm not relaxed by any means and I have a hard time imagining how I'm going to lay here for the next 60 min. It was Uncomfortable and awkward. you Couldn't pay me to go back there. Honestly I hope the business takes this as a constructive criticism play some meditation music, lay down some fabric sheets get a table warmer, have the hot towel caddy in the same room so the therapist doesn't have to stop the massage to get a towel. if you are thinking about going to this place, don't. read more

Green Tea Massage is awesome. I've been getting massages for years but this place has by far the most relaxing atmosphere of any place I've been. I love how dark and quiet it is, and the chairs you sit on while receiving a foot massage are very comfortable. The prices are reasonable, too. I usually get the small combo, which is 1 hour of foot massage and 30 minutes of back massage for $65. Most places charge that much or more for just 50 minutes of back massage. Also, the employees are very friendly and I love that they offer hot green tea! Nice touch. read more

OH my God! This is the best place I've ever gotten a massage at. Lucy supersedes all other than I've ever been to . She got all the knots out input deep trigger points in just the right areas .. she is beyond amazing and I will definitely be back!! And she does your feet oh my God so amazing I have never in my life felt the pure Bliss I felt here read more

I do not recommend this place whatsoever It does not look professional at all . The place was way to dark no type of relaxing music at all . My message was supposed to be 60 min long and it was only 40 mins worth they were really rough with my back woke up the next morning worst than when I went In , had bad neck and upper back pain they just made it worst . The owner was very rude when asking to pay for no reason just rude and demanded a tip . This place did not have the right type of equipment for a Message spot whatsoever and did not look so clean . read more

The deep-tissue massages I receive from Sally are among the best anywhere. She knows how to work the 'knots' without undue pressure/pain. A very friendly, peaceful atmosphere, with a "zen" feel. Highly, highly recommend! read more

Just go! They are all good. Best foot massage I've ever had. Drinks are on me if you stay awake! :)

One of the best places I've had a massage (and I go regularly for deep tissue/shiatsu in CA and NY). Sally, in particular, is fabulous; she has an awesome technique and is very kind and caring. I like to start off with a foot-massage and then tack on the full-body, as then I can really relax with my cup of green tea! Highest recommendations, or 'try it, you'll like it'. read more

Horrible! We had appointment at 7:30 pm. When we got there on time, there is nobody at reception counter, only 2 old ladies doing foot massage. The owner ,one old guy came after we waited for half more hour, then we soaked and steamed feet for 30 minutes again, it only took 15-20 minutes as usual! Until one hour later when we got green tea massage, they did massage for us. The owner did massage for my wife, when he finished massage of her left foot, one lady went on her right foot massage, why they did this! We complained to the owner, but he didn't understand us at all. It was horrible experience! Never back! read more

loved this place......... The calming set down with the tea. I went in the morning and took the girl on the left. She gave me a great rub down. After 30 mins she asked me if she could invite the lady on the right into our current room. I stayed 2 more hrs. I got the royal table shower treatment. Thanks read more

OMG!!!! So i read the reviews before going and i must say they are spot on. I went in to get a light massage to help with a stiff neck but ended up with Sally working my whole body. When she initially started she felt me twitch when she rubbed behind my right shoulder blade from there she asked if it hurt and pressed what seemed to be a knot and told me don't worry I'll fix it That knot was the stiff neck that I had been suffering from for 2 days lo and behold that knot also was in line with another knot I had below my pelvis on the same side which she found and also worked out. Who would have known anyways Sally was very good and very thorough at what she did. I usually get my massages in California where I am from at a place called Footloose Reflexology in La Quinta and they are very good at what they do. Sally totally raise the bar and I must say yes I paid $50 for the service and tipped $20. So for those who are looking for a good massage experience and muscle treatment. Sally is your girl........ read more

I am very picky, but I have to say this is the BEST foot massage in TX ever.... Highly recommended place.

Very Clean and Friendly. I am a guy and it was excellent for me. Left there thoroughly relaxed and happy. I will be back.

They have a great atmosphere with cozy big chairs ... the massage helped my injured sciatic nerve and the pain in my leg was greatly reduced .. the foot massage was awesome too .... only complaint is on one occasion no one at the desk spoke English ..just Chinese! ... still , I have tried several place in town and this one is the best read more
