I went here for Botox/Dysport & told Therese that I did NOT need shots between my eyes, called the…read more11, & wanted an eyebrow lift only. I also told her that I did not want shots on the outside of the corner of my eyes as I've had that before and it made no difference. When she was giving me injections I mentioned this to her again & she said that she knew what she was doing & I didn't, quite rude! As she had already done one side she had to do the other side as well, again even tho I did not want shots there. When I was done I noticed a big red dot between my eyes so she did give me a shot there too. I also told her that I only ever had 40-60 units of Dysport and when we were done she said she gave me 32 units which would be right as I didn't need between the eyes or corners of eyes. When I went to pay the charge it was a shocking $450 when I've never paid more that $225. I was really upset with this so she called Therese up & she said that she gave me 99 units since Dysport takes more units. Well 99 units of Dysport was way more than normal or than I wanted. I've never heard of anyone getting so many units & at the very beginning she even told me that she would start slow with a lower amount & if I needed more I could come back. Again, before we started I told her I usually get 40-60 units of Dysport and where I did not want the injections. I was WAY, WAY overcharged & had a knot in the pit of my stomach. I couldn't afford that, $450 is ridiculous but had no choice but to pay. I should have just walked out without paying unless they were going to charge me the amount I was expecting to pay. And to top it all off I still have red marks all over my forehead & she bruised me cuz some of the marks are purple. Does she really know what she is doing??? I'm very pissed off at this place, will never go back & tell my friends to not go there either! A reputable & honest business would understand they messed up & didn't listen to me, the customer, & make an adjustment to the cost, period!!

The total price i paid was around $3,000 for total of 6 hair laser treatments so when i had my baby 3 more treatments left but when i called they told me that Pur Med Spa went out of business and at that place there is another spa under a different name (which is still there now last time i pass by) they also told me that they would not grant my contract with the old spa and therefore the 3 treatments that they owed me they will not do unless I pay for them. I was so frustrated that this experience will not even make me go other places as i am afraid to pay my money upfront and you need to have 8 weeks in between of each treatment (that does not work) you don't know if they will change the name and take your money and make it look like they don't know you!
