These people have been harassing me for the last few months. They park askew to the point where other cars cannot get into the parking spots, the black man that works there puts his Black and Milds out on people's vehicles. The woman that drives the red car hired someone to clear out one of these parking spots that they use only for that person to shovel the snow into the parking spot that I paid 20 dollars to have cleared. They didn't remove the snow from my parking spot until I started recording the incident. Last year, I'm pretty sure they hit my car. They also do really shady business. If you are catching a ride with them or pulling into the parking lot across the street, please be careful. read more

First the cars could be clean and free of bed bugs and cockroaches. The drivers might want to attend rehab. The dispatch should be 100% more customer service driven. And the owners should stay on their daily dosing of their physiological meds. Don't waste your time or money with this sedan service read more

I'm not sure if I'm contacting the correct Green Sedan company but I want to share this story. Today, May 3, 2025 around 2pm. My elderly brother was released from Autumn Lake Nursing Rehab Center in Essex, MD. I believe the young man's name was Tereek. I just want to thank him so much for his care, concern and safely bringing my brother home to Steelton Ave. My elderly brother could hardly walk but Tereek made sure he got in his house safely. Tereek brought his bags to the porch and then, seeing that my brother could not walk, he drove to the back of the house where there were no steps and helped my brother and I get him safely out of the Green Sedan. This wonderful young man, kept asking if we were okay to get inside the house. Tereek showed great concern, compassion and care for my brother. He even rode around a second time to ensure that we were safely in the house. It's so wonderful to see such a young man show these qualities of care, respect, concern. God Bless you Tereek! If I was your mama, I'd be so proud of the young man I raised! You are a real asset to Green Sedan. I hope they know that! Thanks a million Tereek! read more

Plane leaves on international flight in an hour at Dulles. "We've been driving (she has a notebook) for how long?" Not sure. Originated service in Baltimore. 2:45 PM. Cabbie is lost, has no idea where we are, wanted to stop for gas when I gave location, ended up on side streets. Does not have EZPASS. GOING IN CIRCLES. Somewhere in Fairfax County? Perhaps! Just checked Google maps. 23 miles to go. Cab is filthy. Disgusting. Other people's hair on floor. Cup dispenser has crud. Total nightmare. Not one star, but negative, as far as the eye can see, and into a Black Hole! What a trip. (THIS service was called in by another agency for me. Will provide further details later. Currently driving on side-streets. STILL IN FAIRFAX COUNTY. ON WEST OX ROAD. I believe an actual OX would have gotten me to airport faster.) read more

Extremely incompetent and lack of Customer Service! I notice the Green Sedan, Chevy Impala #11, tag #63113B is extremely close to my car. I have personally witnessed them hit a car. I goes inside which smelled like stale cigarettes and informed the dispatcher. She claimed the car been there for several days, which is a lie. I parked at 11pm the night prior, and the car was not there. read more

This is the absolute worst Sedan Company in Dundalk do not give them your money. Not only the woman who answers the phone calls herself the supervisor and the manager she hung up on me two times, was very rude and they do not deserve to get any of our money if I could rate them a zero I would however that's not an option read more

If I could give this company a negative 0 I would the lady that answer the is very rude cars are dirty and smell bad please don't waste your money.. read more

Not any use in calling this company for a cab, with there 35 40 min wait times your probably better off walking or just paying an Uber. I live close to the company and have literally been lied to on the phone saying there were no cabs available only to walk out front to see a driver sitting in his car, walked up to him told him where I needed to go and he told me to hop in. So confused, it's like the dispatchers pick and choose when and where they want to dispatch there drivers. read more

Green Sedan has the best sedan service in Baltimore- not only do the drivers have the most interesting backgrounds and life stories- but they are reliable! They work with Washington DC school district- so you know they're legit... and instead of hailing down a cab in the middle of baltimore... I like calling ahead to have a pickup. The owners will drive sedans as well and you will not meet harder working or friendlier/honest people. Don't get stranded in the middle of Baltimore in a sketch area or anywhere for the matter- just call green sedan. read more

I didn't even use this company however, a little before 6am on Tuesday October 6th 2020, I was driving with my 3 year old daughter to drop her off at the babysitter. I was on Belclare at the light at Sollers Point Road. When the light turned green, I attempted to make my approach onto Sollers Point when one of their drivers, in a minivan, blew through the red light. I was INCHES away from being T-Boned as the driver made zero attempt to stop or even slow down. I am also 4 months pregnant. I called to report the incident and was basically told to F off. They accept no responsibility for their driver who, honestly at the speed they were going, could have very well killed me and my daughter. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY. They don't care about getting you to your destination safely. read more

I put pictures here so you cN see it all. Nasty shitty cars!!! It's comes late a lot. One of a guy who answering the phone got bitchy attitude . I only use this company if there is nothing else to use ... Otherwise I always take uber. A lot of drivers comes up with stupid story to tell you and trying to talk to you all ride. Omg I don't want to talk to you I don't know you I don't want to know ! But most important part how shitty and dirty they cars look like. Seems like owner of this business don't give a damn about his company. I wouldn't recommend anybody use this company. A lot of drivers trying to smoke in the car. You actually gotta ask for them not to smoke. read more

Must admit based on the other reviews, I was a bit skeptical when the lady at dispatch said "won't be long at all" but she was very nice, quickly took my information, and within 20 minutes my Sedan arrived. The driver was also very friendly. I wasn't aware drivers could not take credit cards (my fault for not asking) however the driver was very patient while waiting for me to get his payment from ATM. This company is very efficient and also cheaper than lyft or uber. Extremely pleased with the service; will definitely do business with them again. read more

Yes the she do hang up in face this place is not worth cars are very dirty please don't give them your money if I could give them a negative 0 I would the lady is very rude read more

I can not stand Green Sedan, they run red lights and don't stop at stop signs and go the wrong way up one ways and never ever use a blinker... I have almost been crashed into a few times, cussed at and flipped off all with my kid in the car, so yeah this is personal for me.... I think you need to screen your drivers better... Most of them are not only unsafe drivers but just plain rude... I can't even count how many times i have almost been ran off the road by one of these green sedan cars and vans... One day one of your drivers is gonna kill someone... Get it together already!!!! read more

I echo what Annette said. Punctual, friendly and most importantly an affordable rate to the airport. I will be a repeat offender. Thanks to Dave the driver. read more

The worst taxi company in the state. Car #5, M.D. 495-48B, 4:45 pm Saturday Aug 22, 695 tollway, sideswiped the front of our car trying to force us out of the cash lane. If that wasn't bad enough he had a fare in the car, a woman with 2 young children. outrageously reckless, never use this dangerous and notoriously shady taxi company. read more

Look. Green Sedan will show up Rain. Sleet or SNOW! They are ridiculously cheaper than Yellow Cab!! Or any other cab for that matter. So if your Cab isn't clean enough than shut your Mouth and call and expensive cab to carry your bushy butt where ever you need to go. Thanks have a Good Day!! read more

First off the cars aren't clean and the guy that answers the phone is incredibly rude as hell. I asked how much would it be and he told me a time then so quick to hang up , called back and said I wasn't done talking , he had instant attitude and wonder why this so called "company " don't get many tips ... fuckin asshole read more

The guy who answers the phone every morning is the most rudest person I have ever met every time I called her ass for a cab he's always tell me it's about an hour and he never calls me and let me know that they're outside he's very rude so I give them a rating they're not good he is not good at all now the other dispatchers are fine but he's the only one that's read more

I work at Hopkins Bayview. One of our patients, an elderly man, uses a cab to get here from Essex. Today the driver charged him $30, his meter was not working and that was the cost of a ride from Essex to Bayview Hospital. This elderly gentleman was so distressed, we had to put him in the Emergency Room. This company should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Great people with friendly smiles and cheap prices that we all LOVE but!!!! Shitty service and waiting!!!! I waited almost an hour!!!!

Called for a cab because the one review was positive and they are based near my house. I called after waiting 30 min and they said the cab was in route. It's been almost 45 minutes and still no sign of the cab. I will probably cancel and definitely not use them again. read more

I normally don't catch cabs unless something is wrong with my vehicle. I've called for Green Sedan before and sometimes the service is good and sometimes it's not, however I have never experienced what I experienced this morning. I called for a sedan around 6:40am and the driver arrived at 7:00am. Not a problem. I had missed the #4 and needed to get to Eastpoint Mall to catch the #160 bus to get to work. I got in the sedan and the driver was alright. He criticized the President and the Lt. Governor which I didn't care, I just needed to get to work, so he kept the conversation going and I didn't say much. Now my car has been down for a couple weeks and I never carry cash on me so I had him take drop me at the Bank of America at Eastpoint Mall so I could take out the money to pay. The ride was $8 and the ATM only dispenses in $20 increments. I asked the driver if he had change for the $20 because that's what the machine would give and he said no. This was around 7:13 and I knew my #160 was coming so I said if I give you the $20 would your company be able to give me the change later. Yes, unusual but I didn't have change and I didn't want to miss my bus. This man started yelling, saying how it was a small company and they don't do this. And I'm thinking don't do what. I said well I've caught taxis before and normally they have change. Finally he pulls out the change and he kept mumbling and I said, "This is good to know." I was very upset when I left that sedan and I have never encountered a driver that would speak to a customer like that. I started to contact the company but then I didn't think it would change anything so I posted here. Certain people shouldn't deal with the public when they have anger problems especially when this didn't warrant the type of behavior. Like I said they have lost a customer which Green Sedan may not care, but at least I posted my review. read more

Worst Sudan company in dundalk. Been calling them since 2008 and things keep getting worst and it ain't the drivers. It's the male dispatchers. No reason for someone who lives mins away from the place to have to wait an hour for a sudan. I called once asked for the picked up in the area I was at and they said yes. I waited outside the place for awhile then finally saw the sudan. It didn't turn down the street i was on so I called n dispatcher said the driver would turn around so i waited good 15 mins. seen the sudan n it when pass the street again down to the light so as it was at the red light i called n got the "green sudan please hold" by the time the dispatcher answered the Sudan was gone. He said he send them back but no one ever came waited a good hour then got on the bus was lucky my phone didn't died have just enough juice to call 24 sudan n get home. Never and I mean Never will i call them again read more

Maybe the drivers are decent, hence the 2 stars, but whoever was dispatch in that office tonight was complete garbage. I had a friend waiting for them to pick her up at work so that she could get home and she called at 10:38 pm. They say 20 mins but they don't show up. It's well after 11 pm when she calls back and they say it's on its way. I live near the Green Sedan building and at this point it is after midnight so I walk over there to see what's up. The guy is a complete a-hole to me. Apparently his shift started at 11 so any cab sent out before that is none of his concern and he keeps saying she never called back and he doesn't check anything or do anything about it. Just completely confrontational, like they aren't running a business there at all. It could easily have been rectified, just say they missed something and sent her a cab immediately, but instead i am given a bunch of rude lip. Unacceptable! read more
