He broke down cost per phase in a professional and timely manner. We went with him and he worked with us each week to schedule. He did excellent work from a resigned open office to closing with French doors and an accent wall to a dry bar. All were done with extreme care and precision. He took his time to ensure it was done as asked and all the while being reasonable with pricing. He was willing to go get supplies if we did not have on hand and also ensured to give us time to know what we needed to decide (colors, backsplash, etc.) so we could made the decisions without being rushed or delaying the project. He also phased out payments which allows you to not have to pay all upfront like others may do. We highly recommend him for all of your handy-work needs!

Do not use this company! You will be wasting your time just like i am currently!…read more I have received every excuse known to man for my interior doors not being at my job site. First the salesman "Jerry" came to my house to measure for interior doors and didn't measure my main floor doors so he ordered the wrong height. It took him a month to figure out he made the mistake after i questioned him multiple times.. After requesting multiple updates on my order he finally claimed that all of my doors was in and will be delivered on oct. 4th,2021. I made my original door order In June and it is currently OCT with no plans of receiving any doors. I didn't believe him due to all of the other excuses and lies i was told previously so i called Cox interior myself and drove over a hour to campbellsville to retrieve my doors. When i arrived the people in the warehouse was very friendly and helpful but also told me only half of my doors was in. UGH! So back to beating me around every bush in the yard.. now a different salesperson is telling me that my doors are on a ship in the ocean and until they get the container crisis under control it could be months before my door arrives. HAHA Literally two weeks ago another salesman said all of my doors will arrive in two weeks. What the hell is going on??? Just do yourself a favor and stay as far as away from this company as you can. IT IS A WHOLE CLOWN SHOW! After they receive your money they have zero information for you!

I would not recommend using Cox Interiors. We had them make custom doors for the front of our…read morehouse. The doors were beautiful. The doors came with a one-year warranty. Within a few months, the wood panels on both doors started warping. It took Cox a couple of months before they came out to look at the doors. Several months later they determined that the doors are defective, and they decided that the doors needed to be re-made. It's now been eight months, and I have still not received new doors. Now, one of the glass panels has moisture inside a panel. My salesperson has now stop accepting or returning my calls. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to sue the company and seek a refund. The quality of the doors is not good, and the service from the company is horrible.
