I just had one of the most uncomfortable and disrespectful customer service experiences with an…read moreemployee named Kitty, who has red and black hair. Kitty told me that if I didn't have my money or card with me, I could not go back to my car to get my purse. I asked where this policy was posted because I did not see any signs explaining this rule or stating that tap-to-pay was not accepted. Instead of simply explaining the policy professionally, she accused me of having an attitude just because I questioned it. As a Black woman, the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I left feeling that there may have been a racial element to the interaction, and no customer should ever leave a business feeling that way. I will not spend my money somewhere I do not feel respected or welcomed. To my fellow Black customers: please be aware of how you are treated and support businesses where you feel valued and accepted. Management should seriously address this situation and make sure store policies are clearly posted and applied consistently to every customer.

This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish…read more I purchased a Plug n Play cartridge that appears to be counterfeit. The QR code on the packaging--which is supposed to link directly to the official Plug n Play verification page--does not work at all. That's a basic authenticity check, and the failure raises serious concerns about the product being sold. I reached out to the company to address it and give them a chance to resolve the issue. My message was read and completely ignored. No response, no explanation, no attempt to make it right. At best, this reflects a complete lack of quality control and customer service. At worst, it suggests they are knowingly selling questionable products and choosing not to engage when called out. Either way, I would strongly advise others to avoid this service
