All the other physical therapists, Alyssa, Corey and Johnny are equally gifted and develop great rapport and a high degree of success with their patients/clients. Being warmly welcomed at the front door by Satonia, the receptionist and everything-doer, starts my sessions off to a great start each time. The attentive techs support the physical therapists in their quest to get me rehabbed back to baseline and beyond. I have rehabbed 4 body parts over 2+ years at Vista White Rock and have observed many patients come, go and come back to rehab another body part also! I love the mix of ages and fitness levels present at any given time at the clinic from teenage athletes to middle age weekend warriors to the elderly, grateful to regain mobility and increase strength. The surroundings are bright, open and friendly. Small, as well as the large, victories are celebrated by everyone. After previous poor experiences at four other PT clinics for various rehab needs, I took advantage of Vista's 30 minute free consultation to interview them prior to a major foot surgery. I was extremely impressed and started PT soon after my surgery. I was even more impressed with their techniques, challenges, creativity, the way they listen, and, of course, the outcome! If you're on the fence about choosing the right place to rehab your injury, I highly recommend coming in for a quick chat and tour. I'd be surprised if you didn't think, "when can I start?" I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Vista always has at least 4 physical therapists and several techs so there are always highly qualified physical therapists and technicians who are caring and compassionate ready to take care of their patients' needs.

Overtime there have been many changes and while at first that bothered me, it is clear that the owner of Christie Farrell (who is an exceedingly kind and talented woman) has prioritized always adapting and changing to the needs of her clients and historical and geopolitical factors. I enjoy their chiropractic adjustments and especially one of their massage therapists who is the best I've ever found. I won't give the name away because the schedule is already too full. They provide many other things such as physical therapy , tens units, hot cold therapy, and much more. They've nursed me "back to health" a couple of times when my chronic illness was so bad and I kept getting really really sick on top of that and was at a low point physically. I can count on them being kind and welcoming. I can also count on them always being there. Highly recommended.

The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming--you feel like more than just a patient the moment you walk in. I also appreciated the great follow-up and communication after my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care in a supportive, well-run practice!

I first came to Hanks Chiropractic in 2018 or 2019 and have been a regular and longtime customer since then. I now find that continued treatment is necessary, in my case, and it has definitely improved and eliminated my discomfort from long ago. It has other beneficial improvements to my life as well, so I keep returning, even though I have limited insurance coverage for the visits and I pay out of pocket. The staff is very caring and personal to all the patients and even remembers everyone's first names even though they may not have seen them for a while. So the fact that there are so many longtime patients also speaks to the quality of care they are receiving. from the team at Hanks Chiropractic Center.

I visited Sports Medicine Clinic of North Texas in February for a consultation for an arthroscopy…read morefor a torn meniscus. The surgeon reviewed my MRI results and decided we could move forward. I was out of town for most of the month of March but we were going to schedule surgery for early April and they wanted me to get blood work done upon my return. I received a garbled message from physician's assistant so I called back to check on status of surgery and next steps but my call went voice more than 4 times without a return call. I did receive a call back once while I was going through customs and could not pick up. But again voicemail message not clear. I then found out from my insurance company that the surgery was denied because the insurance company wanted me to try physical therapy first, which I will do. But again no direction from this office to move forward with PT. I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication from this office. If they did not want to take on my case, they could've had the courtesy to reach me again as I left several messages with them. I should not assume that they do not want to treat me. I know doctors' offices get busy, but lack of communication is no excuse. I chose this clinic because I tore my ACL over 25 years ago in a skiing tumble, and the surgeon I saw at this clinic encouraged me to exercise it and build my up my knee strength, which I did. He said I was coping well without the ACL and I had no instability. He advised me not to have surgery, but recommended to ski with a knee brace, which I have been doing since then. However, this torn meniscus is a bear and impacts any movement with pivoting. Not sure I will be able to ski again. I hope the lack of communication from this clinic is not happening with other potential patients and I am saddened that we could not move forward.
